So far been doing my booking process and thanks to Pelin it’s been very nice and smooth, thanks for her support and quick response to any questions.

I went for my gastric sleeve and from the moment I stepped out of the airport I was collected and treated like royalty. Said was the person I had been dealing with from the beginning and he was amazing. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The hospital care was out of this world. I would recommend them over and over again.

I’ve spoken to so many clinics while planning my revision rhinoplasty, and honestly, this has been the best experience by far. From the very beginning, Çağatay has been incredibly patient, supportive, and thorough.

I’ve gone back and forth with a lot of concerns and detailed questions over several days, and he hasn’t just given generic answers. he’s taken the time to address every single point carefully and thoughtfully. That made such a huge difference for me, especially since this is a revision procedure.

Izmir beautiful City and the hotel was very nice. The clinic can improve on the number of things;

Pay attention to the needs of the patient in detail. The Doctor didn’t even know anything about my tests which felt a little weird for me.
Be honest about the hotel activities and not sell a beautiful after care facility yet it’s not.
All patients matter and not just Influencers and celebrities, treat them the same way when it comes to your business.

List extra expenses for the clients so that they are aware of other expenses and not surprise them with extra medical care expenses.

The nurses at hospital can do a better job in how they deal with patients especially after surgery.

I decided to book my mummy makeover with this company mono as my friend and her sister have been several times for different procedures, they highly recommended them , they are always friendly and always just a text away if u need anything. The first person who was dealing with me was called Yagiz, very friendly and responded to my text straight away. Bekir, yagmur and all the team from the clinic really looked after me welcomed so affectionate...made my fear of dentists vanish with so much compassion and the after care was 100%..even the lady that served turkish tea while waiting was just so lovely
