I love clinic sense. They make the administrators process so much easier.

So many good tools in one place!

I love Clinicsense because it is user-friendly, the software does exactly what I need it to- and nothing more/extra, and the support staff is great at responding in a timely manner. They also will guide you through the options of how to resolve your problems or direct you to the proper department if needed. I have had zero problems with this software and I look forward to continuing using their services moving forward!

ClinicSense has been such a relief to work with for both me as a practitioner and for my clients. My previous booking software was a bit of a nightmare on my end and my clients had a hard time navigating it. I also love the responsiveness and warmth of the customer support team. I really cannot recommend ClinicSense enough to my fellow bodyworkers!

I love working with ClinicSense. They are easily accessible and respondent to all my questions and concerns. Their Support team is always helpful and kind. Most importantly, they are truly affordable. As a small one women business, paying for a Schedular as if I am a huge spa is not realistic. So grateful ClinicSense understands this and treats the small scaled businesses as if they were huge!

If I have questions you can use the help feature or reach out via the website. I've figured problems out quickly using this feature. The creators are always coming out new ideas. It's as if they could read our minds, knowing what features are beneficial to our businesses. Many of my clients mention how easy it is to schedule appointments. I highly recommend ClinicSense, you won't regret it.

I love clinicsense, it has streamlined my client’s booking experience- they are personable and amazing with customer service, thoroughly exceeding expectations. On the back end of it SOAP notes are easy, clear and concise (and so customizable!) Incredibly easy to navigate… I can’t say enough good things! I recommend it to all the bodywork practitioners I know!

I was amazed at the speed of response to my inquiry. Not only was the response fast, but the representative made me a personalized video showing me exactly how to fix my problem. To me, this is going above and beyond customer service. I am exceptionally happy with ClinicSense!

Clinic Sense is a great company and is one of the most professional I have dealt with hands down. Its a great user experience. Always quick to respond to tech issues, simple user friendly software and competitively priced. Better than Mindbody, Vagaro, Massage Book and the others.

The convenience of my website for patients to schedule and get confirmation and regular is awesome . The only thing I could wish for is to be able to have more than 1 location set on the website other than that everything is perfect .

Just make easy, the invoice, receipts, making notes. Have everything in one place. I still think it’s a bit pricey but better than do everything by hand and paper.

Clinic sense is easy to use and my clients find it very easy to schedule appointments. I love that I can also send out newsletters from my client list rather than having to use another program. The support team was great at helping me get things set up as well. I'm almost a 2 year user and have no plans to change.

I am not a “techy” and would require support most likely than others. ClinicSense has an excellent support team. I rest assured that if I needed assistance on anything, they are always there with a prompt response and solution. I am so glad I chose them.
