It would be nice if the website actually contacted me within 15-20 minutes as they stated. I have literally reached out no less than 5 times in the last few days regarding a specific inquiry to specific hospitals, and have not received any replies on any platform.

I'd like to cooperate with this platform and evaluate them fairly if they could just actually contact me back per their stated policy.

I contacted ClinicsonCall with a request to choose a comprehensive package of services for me, including a facelift, neck lift and blepharoplasty of the upper and lower eyelids in Turkey. In the process of communication with the representative of the company Dana, I was offered 4 different options: clinics and surgeons. The terms that suited me were very tight: the operation was supposed to be carried out in the next 3-4 weeks. Also, at my request, a time was found that was suitable for my request from the surgeon Ergin Er, to whom I wanted to get. The operation was completed on time and very professional. I thank the resource for the help provided to me.

I was referred to ClinicsonCall by a Dental Office consultant and through the Clinic I was also referred to the Medical Park Hospital located in Antalya. The entire process of arranging an appointment for a consultation with a Plastic Surgeon to the actual surgery took only one week, and the cost was extremely reasonable - thousands of dollars less than it would have been in another country. The hospital is very clean, all of the staff are all extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, and my entire experience was relatively painless. They have translators at the hospital for every language, and your translator will walk you through the entire surgical process up until
the actual surgery is performed. Many of the Doctors are also fluent in English.

The mediator between surgeon and client was so so lovely and patient. For example when I requested more photos of the procedure they contacted the surgeons and got them for me and went through everything over text. very informative and kind workers

This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever felt with. They botched up my face & are saying “I didn’t have any allergies” when I clearly expressed my concerns that i’ve had in the past & showed pictures. They assured nothing would happen. But now I’ve been to the hospital 3x, had ct scans & ultrasound sounds done, I’ve been on antibiotics & steroids for the past month! I’ve spent an extra 4k trying to get rid of the damage they’ve done. They don’t care about your health, they only want the money. BEWARE! RUN FOR YOUR HEALTH. Because they don’t care about it once you paid.

Save your money, they’re not worth it. You will thank me later!

There is no need to wait for anything and transfers to the hotel and to the clinic Memorial were great. The Lady on line is always helpful and nice. My name is Farhad Aliyev. I have had Parkinson's since 2008, but in recent years it became unbearable and I decided to have a DBS. I googled and came straight to СliniсsonCall and luckily my coordinator was a Ukrainian girl named Sofia - I owe my comeback to her and the company she works for - not only did she patiently answer all my tricky questions but with the utmost professionalism she led me to Medipol Hospital and Dr. Ali Zirh, who brilliantly performed the surgery.
