I purchased the Cliphair Jet Black Ultra-Volume 20” Clip-In Full Head Set (240g), priced at £209, and paid £189 after a discount.
Unfortunately, after only around one week, the hair has become extremely dry, tangled and badly matted. For extensions at this price point, I expected considerably better quality and longevity.
They have not been misused or mistreated, so I’m incredibly disappointed that they’ve deteriorated this quickly.
I have contacted Cliphair to raise this as a quality complaint and am hoping they will resolve it appropriately. I will update my review depending on how the issue is handled.
At the moment, based on my experience with this set, I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend them.

Extremely disappointed with these hair extensions. After washing them, the hair became extremely tangled and almost impossible to comb through. I used plenty of conditioner, but I still couldn’t get a comb through the hair properly.
I only had the extensions installed for 9 days, and considering the price, I expected much better quality.
I contacted Cliphair about the problem, but unfortunately they only offered me a 35% refund. What disappoints me even more is that they don’t seem interested in finding a proper solution to the problem.
It is possible that there was something wrong with this particular batch of hair, but as a customer, I expected Cliphair to take the complaint more seriously and offer a fair solution.
I would not recommend ordering from Cliphair. Very poor experience and very disappointing quality for the price.

Purchased these clip in extensions as I thought they would be good for the price considering they’re not cheap.
They claim that the extensions are “tangle free” however I would have to unfortunately disagree as when I wear them I am constantly having to brush my hair as it’s tangled. Considering these are expensive I would have expected better, but disappointed really.

Terrible cheap feeling hair which cost £200. Hair needs constant brushing as it’s so knotty, when brushed so much hair comes out can’t run my fingers through without the hair coming out ! Supposed to be 100% human hair FAR FROM IT! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Had better hair for £20!

I spoke to Molly in the customer service Team following my order being missing due delivery issues with Evri.
Molly was very helpful and updated me each step of the process on my refund, she was very apologetic even though this was no fault on clip hairs part.

Beautiful Packaging and Great Quality Hair
I haven't had the extensions long enough to comment on their durability, as I've only recently received them. However, my first impression is very positive. The hair appears to be of excellent quality, and the extensions arrived quickly in beautiful, well-presented packaging.
The only improvement I would suggest is adding a QR code to the box linking to a video tutorial showing how to apply the extensions. This would be especially helpful for first-time users.
Overall, I feel I chose the right supplier. Now, only time will tell how well the extensions perform in the long term.

Used the colour match tool on WhatsApp and they replied super quick, and the colour match was PERFECT.
Delivery was fast also. When the item arrived the extensions were packaged well. The quality of the hair is really good. I wore them all day yesterday and didn’t get one headache (which is common for me with clip ins) and they were so lightweight and really wearable. Best extensions I’ve ever had and beat my foxy locks ones.
