Overall very poor
My first order of nano extensions arrived with many of the bonds stuck together, which was disappointing as the quality wasn’t up to the standard I’ve come to expect from my usual supplier.
Unfortunately, I hadn’t ordered enough hair, so I placed a second order. This experience has been equally frustrating. I ordered hair for a scheduled appointment and paid for next-day delivery. It wasn’t until later the following afternoon that I was informed my chosen colour was out of stock and asked whether I would like an alternative.
I explained that I had a pre-booked appointment in two days’ time and asked for any shade within the medium brown range so my order could be dispatched without further delay.
However, the following afternoon I received another message asking me to choose a colour, with no acknowledgement of what I had already requested. The slow response times, combined with the apparent lack of attention to my replies, caused unnecessary delays.
As a result, I had to point out that the hair would no longer arrive in time for my appointment. Had my request been read properly and dealt with promptly, I would have received suitable hair in time. Instead, I’m left with my original order, where many of the nano bonds are stuck together and unusable, meaning I don’t have enough extensions to complete my appointment properly. The finished result will inevitably be far thinner than intended, which is extremely disappointing.
I will be going back to my previous supplier. Days later I am still waiting for my refund to be processed.

I can't actually leave a review on the hair, but I can on the customer service - the hair was sent out but unfortunately DPD delivered this to the wrong address. DPD called me whilst at work, asking for the delivery code, so I gave it as he said he would juts leave it by the bins. I have walked around my estate to look for the parcel numerous times, and can't find it. I contacted DPD about the situation, they told me to go to the supplier.
Clip hair got back to me quickly, however said they can't do anything basically about it. I spent nearly £500, which has just gone down the drain. I know this is more DPD's fault, but the fact ClipHair are happy to just have people throw their money away is pretty disappointing :(
I was so looking forward to trying these.
**EDIT they have replied saying it was on a ring doorbell to try and say the driver was at my address. I don’t have a ring doorbell so this is a lie :)

Having reviewed the delivery details, we can confirm that this order was sent using a secure PIN delivery service. This means the parcel can only be released when the correct PIN is provided at the point of delivery, which is designed to ensure the order is handed over safely to the intended recipient.
From the information provided by the courier, and as shown in the delivery notes, the PIN was shared via your Ring doorbell interaction with the driver, which resulted in the parcel being marked as successfully delivered. As the PIN was provided and the delivery was completed in line with the courier’s secure process, responsibility for the parcel is transferred once this verification step has been completed.
We understand you were advised by the courier to contact the retailer, and we appreciate you reaching out to us. However, as the secure delivery process was followed and the PIN was used to complete the handover, we are unable to raise a claim for loss or non-delivery in this instance.
We do appreciate how upsetting this situation must be, particularly when you were looking forward to receiving your order. While this matter now sits with the courier’s confirmed delivery process, we are sorry for the disappointment caused and appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Back in the day they were good but as years went on they got worse. I had a set i got just for a week of vacation and I couldn't even brush them, they were so nappy and gross. Definitely not human hair and I definitely think they pay for reviews. Only get more expensive and less quality.

Used to love the extensions from this brand and reccomended them to everyone i knew but its been rubbish quality for a couple years now. Kept hoping I got a bad batch but no. Awful frizzy hair after a week. Ive had extensions for years so know how to look after.
