Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the product's quality, reporting issues such as leaking, splitting, and breaking after minimal use. Customers also found the price to be excessive for what they received, often feeling that the product was not worth the cost. The user experience was frequently criticized, particularly the difficult and time-consuming process of resetting the product by boiling it, with some finding it impractical and unsafe. Some people were dissatisfied with the customer service, mentioning unresponsiveness to warranty claims and issues with replacements. However, some customers also noted positive experiences with customer service, highlighting swift reactions to problems and complimentary gifts. While some found the product to be effective for pain relief and appreciated its reusability, others felt the heat did not last long enough and the product was a waste of money.

I bought clix shoulder and neck therapy recently at a marathon expo.
The product does exactly what it is supposed to do. Brings heat relief in under a minute or two.
I contacted the company with a query , they replied the same day and can honestly say they have been brilliant to deal with . Product - 10

Amazing customer service with prompt responses!
I had to get a replacement for my Lower back and knee product due to a small pin hole puncture on it - Customer service said that they were going to replace it with no extra cost!

Biggest waste of money

These products are a huge waste of money. First, their salespeople are very high pressure making you feel guilty if you don't buy something. Second, the products do not last long once you activate. Third, in order to use them again you have to find a large pot, boil water and let them sit in the water which is a huge pain.

I now see their kiosks all over including in malls. Do not fall for this. I made a huge mistake.

Garbage!!

Purchased the overpriced neck and shoulder pads from a mall kiosk at Christmas time. The items were given as gifts for Christmas to family. The salesperson said they would stand behind their products and if we were unsatisfied we could return them. The receipt was sent via email so I did not view the fine print stating that we had only 30 days to return if unsatisfied. As these items were bought weeks before Christmas, the return period was already nearly ended at the time of first use.
The packs do not stay warm long. They are a pain to reactivate and they leak salty residue that is impossible to remove from pans. I contacted the company hoping to return the unopened packs as we were very dissatisfied with the quality of the items . Their customer service is as bad as the items they sell.
Good luck trying to have them stand behind the 5 year warranty 😂😂😂. I am sure they will be out of business by then. I should have known better than to trust a company with such a low trustpilot score. Be smarter than I was. Walk fast when these pushy sales people try to sucker you on. Hot trash on all levels.

Awful product, awful service!

Horrific and anybody that tells you otherwise is not to be trusted.
The product lasts less than five minutes. I spent five months trying to contact them to no avail. When I eventually made contact their “event executive” John estrella was extraordinarily rude and behaved in the most disgusting manor. There was no apology or concern for the complaint. There was no acceptance that I had made multiple attempts to contact them and he even lied about their being no contact form on their website. He was occupational and disrespectful. I was absolutely aghast at the manor in which he spoke to me. Not only is their customer service none existent their products are incredibly expensive and are useless. They are cold and solidified within five minutes, the seals often break meaning the gel inside leaks and destroys everything in contact.
Do not buy anything from them. I purchased several hundred of pound worth of products at Burghley horse trials and the only thing their company is good at, is lying. Had I seen reviews online instead of listening to a sales pitch I would have been aware of how truly horrific of a product and brand they are. Listen to the reviews!!!

After the second use the plastic split…

After the second use the plastic split and leaked blue liquid onto my shirt and office chair. Guy who sold it to me from the simply Christmas show in Birmingham (uk) was selling them all for different prices, told me he ran the company so could decide the prices and still I’ve wasted my money.

Complete scam of a product

Complete scam of a product. Was fooled into buying one for myself and for others for Christmas presents. Thought I was getting a great deal. I purchased at a pop up stall in a shopping centre. So appalled at how bad the product is. Heats well but absolutely no way it will dissolve. Waste of time. I wrote to customer support to get a full refund. Provided all my details. Got a refund so that is the only positive I have about this whole experience. The people selling these should be ashamed of themselves knowing how bad the products are.

Why would anyone buy a product which…

Why would anyone buy a product which lasts 15 minutes hot and takes 45 minutes to reset in boiling water? They wouldnt if they knew this before buying it. So, Do not bother buying it. You will regret it. Use your money to buy an electric alternative or even fill hot water in a bottle- it will last the same length of time, with less bother.
