Peace of Mind

With everything going on in the world right now, I was looking for a seamless and straightforward tool to protect myself and my data online. After some research, I found my way to Cloaked. From day one the experience has been so smooth and I’m already seeing results from online data removal and spam call silencing. The service has been so good that I recommended it to my mother, and within a few short minutes of a call with support team member Corey, we were able to update our subscription to a joint plan for a very reasonable price. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for transparency and peace of mind online.

I was having problems with billing and account

I was having questions regarding my account and app. I asked for a live agent instead of AI.
It gave me Nerissa. She was excellent and very helpful. I love cloaked. It has removed my information from over 2500 web sites and dark web info. It also is stopping over 25 calls a day that are spam and telemarketers. Thank you Cloaked.

I like the app

Almost miss the sales calls...Not!

It hasn't been this quiet in my house in a long time. I am normally bombarded with calls throughout the day. It's ridiculous but that's the way it is. Once I got my Cloaked account set up, it's over. I can see the numbers that have called but I don't have to deal with the long conversations anymore. I noticed that I had two separate payments for the annual Cloaked subscription. I sent a message in advising them of the issue and Nerissa contacted me and corrected the issue overnight.

From my perspective, your program is difficult to maneuver. I tried to work with it, but it was difficult for me to use it. The program confuses me, and I do not know how to work with it. Because I am just playing on the…

Because I am just playing on the internet, retired, I thought I was safe, no problems. THEN:

*started a wildlife sanctuary with Certified Wildlife Habitat and Arbor Day Foundation and my information was sold, now every organization is asking for money, my mail box stays full...

* this led to emails gallor, who else has my info?

* started a website and Yelp now telemarketers keep calling and spamming does not stop them

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews like this, but Cloaked genuinely deserves it.

A co-worker introduced me to Cloaked, I shared it with my boss, and now my entire family is using it. From the moment I understood what this platform actually does, it became clear this wasn’t just another app — it’s a necessary layer of protection in today’s world.

Between 10/22/25 and 12/29/25, Cloaked has helped remove over 2,250 exposures tied to my family alone. To put that into perspective:
• 1,002 address exposures
• 732 family-related records
• 186 name records
• 176 phone numbers
• 161 email addresses
…and more that I didn’t even realize were publicly circulating.

That kind of visibility is eye-opening — and honestly unsettling — but Cloaked turns that concern into action. Seeing real progress, real removals, and real accountability makes the investment completely worth it. I feel safer knowing my family’s personal information is actively being protected, monitored, and removed.

What truly sets Cloaked apart, though, is the customer service. I’ve worked directly with Tamanna Khan, Jho Valiente, Kit, and Eric Crossley, and every interaction has been kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive.
