Whatever method they use to erase your footprint does not work. It verifies your email to spam content. I started getting over 200 junk email messages a day! They deny that it had anything to do with them but you cannot deny the facts.

Crooked Company!
I only did their initial "scan" to see what would come up. My gut said no and closed out their site w/o downloading. Not 5 minutes later, I was bombarded with 4 spam emails, 2 not very nice! I truly believe, not getting any spam emails before being on their site, they're initiating these emails to make people upset and sign up with their company.

Caleb is the absolute best!! He resolved an issue that no one over the last 48 hours and 6 hours total on the phone could do!! He was patient, empathetic, FUNNY, and knowledgable!!! It takes over your phone
It takes over your phone. I couldn’t answer the calls that I wanted to answer so when I got tired of that I decided to cancel. That was a whole thing. I finally had to contact my phone service because I all my calls went to some other phone number. After 2 days I was finally able to use my phone again. The higher reviews here has probably not tried to cancel there service yet!!!

There is a learning curve and it takes patience to learn how to use all the beneficial features, but it’s worth the time and effort and the money.
Customer support, Haze and Louise and Ashley recently assisted me and all were great. Highly recommend.

Ì paid for a monthly subscription than saw that they charged me for a full year. Also the app was way to complicated so I canceled my subscription. Now under stand I canceled my subscription within 10 minutes of paying. We'll it's been 6 days and they haven't responded yet and they didn't return my money. Even though their site says full refund if not happy. Do not trust these people with your money.

Cloaked phone rep saved my sanity

Veronica was on the phone with me for almost an hour and helped me reset everything. We discovered I needed to do a Cloaked Update to make the necessary changes. She was extremely patient and professional. (I would have started drinking if I had to deal with me on that phone call:).)

Cloaked was suppose to protect and remove information pertaining to me from the internet. I searched and I am still in the cyber world. NOT GOOD NEWS. Spam cll have decreased but some surprisingly slips by, from numbers I have never seen. NOT GOOD NEWS. Not even sure if the VPN works properly or not??? Secondary phone number I cannot get this done as it stops me from doing so??? The removal of spam, by numbers stays the same day after day? Is this a random number or is it factual? If it works properly it should display the number of spam that was removed that day. So I have not yet decided to cancel my subscription yet or not. I will give it another week to see if it somehow improves??
