I do apologise that you didn’t have the best experience when shopping with us.
Upon checking the date of your order & the date that you requested a return I can confirm that you waited close to 3 months to try & return an item purchased from us.
Our returns policy states that for a return to be valid you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item & then you have another 14 days to return the item to us. This is within guidelines of the consumer statuary rights. This return policy is stated on our website for all of our customers to see.
Once again I do apologise, we want all of our customers to have a happy experience when purchasing from us. I hope to see you shopping with us again in the future.
