Managed to get a small loan when I got turned down by everywhere else. Took a couple of weeks to get money through but as soon as everything was complete it was available straight away. Good communication with friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone struggling to get finance.

I’m so impressed with how this business provides such a careful thorough professional service, it took less than 48 hours from start to finish.
Even with a decent credit score it is so difficult to get a loan nowadays when you’re in receipt of benefits but these offered me assurance that I wasn’t being judged for being on disability benefits & best of all I was accepted.

Overall pleased with the service provided by Clockwise. Th only thing that dropped my rating from 5-star to 4-star was the slightly protracted, and frustrating, process for approving the loan.
And I still do not understand why the date of 1st payment was so important. It has meant some juggling of finances that should not have been necessary.

Clockwise credit union is a life saver. When I claimed universal credit, I had no bank account it took a month for my GP to give me proved of address while waiting I had no money for daily expenses because I can't open a bank account without proved of address. I went to the job centre they referred me to Clockwise credit union where they help me open an account . They did open an account with the proved of address sent by the job centre in my post . Thanks to them I was able to received my benefits to sustain myself. Now that I'm working I still use the same account for my salary .credit union is the best bank to save your money. They have excellent staff with good customer services and communication skills. The environment is very neat and smells good. Without clockwise credit union I could have died of hunger .

My account was put to sleep due to me not using it I received no letter about it changing to clock house
It's taken over six days to activate the account also the customer service is terrible as I said I need to put in a complaint to be asked why as they use an outside agency for conformation of my ID but was given nothing to help with my issues

Great and fast service

Don't waste your time with this company they are the worst company we have ever dealt with. They asked my wife for posted bank statement. She had to call the bank to order them as they dont send them due to the carbon footprint it creates but this company clearly dont care about global warming. Then once we received the posted bank statements we send them. Then this incompetent company says sorry we cant verify your address ID even tho my mrs address on driving licence and posted bank statements match. They now want to push that carbon footprint by making my Mrs miss a day off work, lose a days pay to show them the same letters in person to what we sent already. Talk about a company with no clue. If you suffer with anxiety or any other mental health issues I extremely recommend staying away from these A holes

Fast service, simple to use app/website

Applied for a loan to consolidate debt. Was told that to proceed I needed to visit a branch with ID documents. When I looked and realised I wasn't able to get to a branch, I emailed and asked if I was able to verify online as per their website says you can with their trusted partner hooyu. I received a response saying as per the accounts team response, that I couldn't and needed to go in branch. Disappointing and won't be proceeding with membership.
