Innovative concept, amazing web experience.

Clo Insulation (CI) focuses on the first principles of heat transfer and thermal conservation, so by definition it’s helping to actively create the leading edge in defined levels of warmth retention for specified end uses. Have a look at the company’s website, there is some serious science going on. Design engineering, efficient production processes, tightly defined performance specs. Basically, CI is fundamentally science and data-driven. Their highly tuned insulation solutions can encompass super-specific and sustained high-BTU efforts and also urban and country streetwear made by creative international designers. Good stuff.

In this sense, CI is defining ‘performance-for-purpose’. This requires independent thinking based on physics and accurate data collection. The datasets back up the performance, right? That’s not an overstatement. Personal safety and more efficient performance, greater enjoyment and more fun, a more definable safety margin per the risks involved…details matter. CI also has a mindful focus on slowing down climate change.

The fabric arrive promptly and looks great. I am surprised it was shipped from China, it states on the product page on the Flo Insulation website that the fabric is Made in Europe? Now I have absolutely nothing against products made in China but if this is the case can you please update the info on your website?

Excellent selection of high performance insulation for garment manufacture. I ordered the Viva Outdoor Eco to make a padded puffer coat and was delighted with the results, it's very light weight, extremely warm, is made from recycled fibres and the perforated backing made it very easy to sew and guide the padding lines.

Communication with company was excellent, deliver very prompt and the prices are very reasonable, would highly recommend.
