Close is a conversation-first CRM (customer relationship management) solution built for founders and small, scaling sales teams to manage every conversation in one place — so they can move faster and close more deals. With built-in calling, email, SMS, automation, and AI, Close eliminates tool sprawl and manual logging so teams can focus on selling, not admin. Close is used by small to mid-sized sales teams in SaaS, fintech, real estate, insurance, recruiting, staffing, and professional services — particularly by founders and sales managers running relationship-driven sales at companies that prioritize speed and follow-up discipline.

The best CRM we've used
We've worked with two other CRMs before switching to Close, and the difference has been huge. Since moving to Close, our entire sales process has become much more structured, organized, and easy to manage.
What we love most is how flexible the platform is. You can customize almost everything to match your workflow, so it feels like the CRM adapts to your business instead of the other way around. It has everything we need in one place, and managing leads has never been easier. Filtering, organizing, and tracking leads is simple, and tasks no longer get lost or forgotten.
One of the biggest advantages is automation. If you're looking to automate your sales processes or connect your CRM with automation tools, Close is an excellent choice. It integrates well into automated workflows and saves us a lot of time every day.
On top of that, their support team is outstanding. Whenever we've had a question, they've responded quickly and have always been helpful.
Overall, Close has been the best CRM we've worked with so far, and we can highly recommend it to any business looking for a modern, flexible, and reliable CRM.
Close is by far the best …
How clean and reliable close is how I'm able to keep track of my leads and schedule emails texts and mange what I consider the most useful information to make a great outbound call makes close great 💯
Love working with close
Love working with close
We have it tapped into many different automations using zapier and various ai tools
I used to struggle with Salesforce
I used to struggle with Salesforce; it was always one thing after another. Close truly brings it all together for a fast paced sales organization without the admin work! I highly recommend it.
Close provides an easy to understand…
Close provides an easy to understand platform that facilitates in-team communication and tracking of emails/prospects/calls. I love using their filters to pick out the prospects that I need and saving them to a smartview to easily access that list when needed, and that it can efficiently send emails through their workflows once imported with essentially 3 clicks of my mouse.
The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because I wish that it provided a little more details on opened emails (not just the latest email but previously opened ones,) and provided a few more view options for columns and filter by options to make viewing necessary details even more simple.
Close helps me keep track of my pipeline
Managing numerous clients and leads makes it difficult to track business opportunities without strong organization. The tools Close provides help me perform much better as a sales rep and provide top-notch service to both prospects and clients.

I’ve used Close.com for several years, and honestly, it’s my only full-time employee—no lunch breaks, no sick days, and very little complaining.
It’s easy to use, although they keep adding improvements faster than I can learn them. I’m probably using only a fraction of what it can do, but the features I rely on are simple: making calls, recording conversations so I don’t have to scribble notes, and keeping every note, image, and customer detail in one place.
That last part is huge. I can look back years and instantly see what happened with an account. It saves time, prevents confusion, and keeps my workflow organized.
I started with the 14-day free trial, and it won me over. For the price and convenience, Close continues to fit my small video and business directory company here in Oregon.

I feel like anytime I have an issue the team is quick at responding back to us and helping us through the issue. That counts when you are counting on them to resolve things! Thanks to you all at Close!
Incredibly good CRM
I found Close CRM when I was doing sales for 7-8 figure companies before and when I started my company and we scaled to multi 7 figures.
They are incredibly good, everything in 1 place - SMS, Email, Follow Ups, Clear time line per lead page, opportunity page to track opportunities and filter by status and great integrations.
I am reading some of the other reviews and some of them are from users who just don't know how to use this platform.
Cancellations, you can cancel easily. No lock ins.
Mobile app, it works great but PC is the best. I recommend the PC app directly.
Someone mentioned Close AI which is a different company that does cold email outreach services. Close.com is a CRM and a very good one at that.
Overall excellent but if you want some constructive feedback I would open up the email schedules for all paid plans instead of the 2 higher tiers only but apart from that, it's perf for us.
Very easy to use!
Very easy to use, platform is straightforward with the tools needed to be successful
I'd use this over Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, Dynamics, and more
Having used Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, Dynamics, and more, I can confidently say that Close has been my favorite out-of-the-box CRM since I first used it in 2015. Since then, I’ve introduced Close to every employer I’ve worked for, and all the employees who’ve used it have grown to love it and prefer it over other CRM solutions. Close excels in search functionality, email template capabilities, opportunity (deal) tracking, robust reporting, and ease of use. I’m a huge fan!
Keeps getting better and better
We've been happy Close customers for nearly 10 years. The features they've added recently have been next-level useful, saving us literally hours a day and adding more intelligence than we've ever had before straight into the CRM. Their support is unfailingly excellent.
These are absolutely bait-and-switch…
These are absolutely bait-and-switch con artists. During a $200 3-day trial, I received 18 roofing leads, 6 of which I was able to contact, 3 of which I signed to contingency agreements, and two of which turned into actual jobs. Palatable numbers, and that was on an outreach of 2500 touches per day. We agreed on a program of $600 per week for an outreach of 3500 per day, 5 days per week. The first 4 days I got 13 leads, half of which I was unable to contact at all, and half of which were obviously so drastically agreed that none of them remembered having responded to anything, except for one gentlemen who thought he might have responded to something a few years ago, in his previous residence. When I reached out to the sales rep Jennifer, she reacted as if this had happened a thousand times before. Run screaming away from Close Ai leads!
We have been using Close for our sales…
We have been using Close for our sales operations, but today they completely locked our account without any prior warning, citing a "high risk" flag. This happened despite the fact that we are a fully verified German corporation (GmbH) and have already submitted all "Regulatory Bundles" and legal documents (Handelsregisterauszug) months ago.
The worst part: Close has blocked our access to our ENTIRE lead database. I have already lost a major closing today because I couldn't access my data. Support has gone silent and is ignoring our urgent emails.
Holding a customer's business data hostage while ignoring verification documents is a massive breach of trust and a violation of GDPR data access rights. If you are a professional sales team, be warned: Close might cut off your business at any moment without notice or support.
super system
IPhone app is awful
IPhone app is awful, everything is slow and quite often the call stutters which makes it impossible to contact someone
Trial Locked Instantly, Support Runs on Copy-Paste — Save Yourself the Headache
We signed up for Close to evaluate it as a CRM for our B2B sales operations. Within hours, our trial was locked down by their “auto-security system” — before we even had a chance to use the product.
When we reached out to support, we received a generic copy-paste response asking us to hand over personal LinkedIn profiles and other sensitive data just to trial their software. We pushed back — politely but firmly — and received the exact same template again from a different agent. Nobody actually read our message or addressed the issue.
Let that sink in: a CRM that’s supposed to help you manage customer relationships can’t manage its own customer relationships.
If your security system is flagging legitimate signups and your support team can’t do anything beyond pasting pre-written responses, your onboarding is fundamentally broken. We’re a company with 6+ years in the market, an active online shop, physical retail, and real revenue — and we couldn’t even get past the trial screen.
We’ve since moved our evaluation to HubSpot Sales Hub, which let us get started immediately, has responsive human support, and doesn’t treat prospective customers like suspects.
If you’re looking for a CRM you can actually rely on in a business context, look elsewhere. Close isn’t ready.
tl;dr: Trial instantly locked. Support is copy-paste bots. Asked for personal data just to test the product. Avoid if you value your time.
