I ordered a handbag on 11 June. Got notifications that it was on its way even though it's taken weeks. Yesterday got notification saying it was delivered. I didn't receive it even though my specific eircode was on it and my phone number. IV emailed 3 times and no reply. I'm so annoyed. I think IV been scammed.

Simply awful. I've been scammed. I don't think this company exists at all. Apparently my item that is waiting to shipped to the United kingdom has been stuck in transit in the USA for weeks. You can't contact anyone. The emails you get back are all automated replies.

Bought a product, Recieved it broken. Closetshop asked me to film a video to show what was wrong. I did. They didn't respond so almost a year later I sent another message after another month or so they finally replied. I had to remake a new video because they said they didn't receive it. Months went by and they said it was misplaced but they were sending me a replacement. I sent a message saying that I have received nothing they sent me a message asking me to review it and hopefully I was enjoying it. I still don't have it but they said it was delivered. Bullshit. They said today in an email they were going to send it again. Bullshit again. Why they would treat a good and loyal customer like this I don't understand.

The purpose of your wares are to bring pleasure to your customers. You are doing it very well with most of my purchases therefore it explains why I come to you over and over for new experiences.

Marketing was not clear and concise. When first thinking of placing an order I had to spin a wheel " see if win a prize". It claims I won a prize of Thrust fund if I place an order. I ordered the ultra blow. Upon check the ultra blow offered a discount bringing me now below the price to receive the Thrust fund toy. If I had known I was below by a few dollars I would have order a penis ring or something else to claim the prize. I sent an email and it appears I received AI generated responses. I also ordered two day expedited delivery only to find out it was only expedited two days after FedEx receives it. In reality, it was not two day delivery. This was also not clear

I submitted multiple tickets to the helpline and have never once received a response. It took about 2 weeks to get my order and I wasn't kept in the loop about it at all. When I finally received my products, I couldn't (and still can't) even fully operate one of them because the thing didn't come with instructions on removing the backing to add batteries. Because of that the tag got stuck and I literally can't get the remote open. I've submitted a ticket and literally no response.

Shopping with Closet is easy because of category breakdowns.
Product is received quickly and in well protectived and discreet packaging.

I ordered from this website on January 9, and as of now, I have received no shipping updates or delivery information. I contacted customer support for clarification, but only received automated AI responses stating they don’t know when the order will be delivered. I was told the issue would be forwarded to a “specialist,” yet I’ve received no further communication since.

I have a defective product. They do not respond at all.

Got a great price on my purchase. Love it so much. Shipped very quickly and very happy with the service I got. Will shop again.

Customer service moved to AI and provided completely unhelpful answers. They had emailed me a coupon because I left an item in my cart, but the coupon wasn't valid so I emailed them. The bot replied right away saying the coupon had expired even though it was JUST sent to me. Went a couple rounds back and forth with the bot, but it just wasn't helpful at all. Wound up finding a better coupon elsewhere so I purchased after all, but then it took several days to ship and missed Christmas.

To Closet -- If you're going to fire the humans who do your customer service and shipping, at least make sure the AI work first.

EDIT: Changing from 1 star to 3 stars based on the personal reach out from customer service (although it did take a few weeks).

The toys are great! Super luxurious feel and the customer service is impeccable. I was kept up to date with my order and even when it was delayed, they made sure to let me know when it would arrive.

The auto Douche is hard to use, can’t get a good grip on it I think it would work better with a extendable head that worked more like a anal plug that way you can hold the water picture and press the buttons in a more comfortable position
