I never actually registered with them and when I asked to cancel my account they said I would need to do it by logging on however I could not log on as the website said no account info existed! FINALLY getting a refund do I get a refund on the stress though?

I gave this company a poor review based on a refund request.Since then I was contacted by the Company who fully appreciated my concerns. They have agreed to a full refund. Their efforts to solve my problem is appreciated and once the refund is in place I will write a new very positive 5 star review to indicate an accurate reflection of your efforts to resolve the issue.
