This company promised you a 3-day…

This company promised you a 3-day delivery, which is a false advertisement. I ordered 2 pairs of pants, one in May and one in June, and I am still waiting for them. The owner's response is below:

The order confirmation in your email lists the preorder timetables. It was the same as listed on the website. Please send us your order info so we can update you on their status. It's is 3-6 business day shipping once the product arrives to the warehouse.
