Clotho Cleaning Reviews 2

I was recommended clotho by a friend and had high hopes. I booked initial 3 hours thinking that my house could probably do with a decent first clean! My cleaner was 15 mins late to the first clean, no call or anything she just turned up late. The work she did was just really bad - e.g. floors not cleaned to the edges, surfaces not wiped at all, carpets with visible dust and bits on them. It looked like the cleaner either doesn't know how to clean or didn't fancy doing it.

I contacted clotho who were initially helpful, offering to send the cleaner back. But when I said id rather have someone else and thought I should have a partial refund they then ghosted me and stopped taking my calls or replying to emails. I wasn't abusive or rude in any way. This is not the right way to treat customers. I would not recommend clotho to anyone.

I contacted the company and booked my first clean on Saturday for 10am.
I received an email confirming my appointmnet the day before of my scheduled appointment.
On the day of the appointmnet we waited and waited perhaps expecting a call that the cleaner was delayed - no call ever came.
Eventually I called the company which went staright onto an answer service.
The company only responded vial email at 14.15, they did not bother calling.
The email response was unprofessional and unacceptable.
I will go as far that would not recomend this company
