The embroidery was awesome

The embroidery was awesome! The jacket looks great. I just wish for the price that the jacket itself was a little higher quality. The leather was stiff and the lining was not very thick. It also fit smaller than expected.

The jacket looks great

The jacket looks great! It was wonderful to receive photos of the jacket before it was shipped so I could verify it looked correct. And the jacket is good quality, thick and heavy. This will keep my son warm in the winter for sure.

Great quality

Great quality, it looks exactly like the proof (better, of course) and feels great. The embroidery of the patch looks amazing and is crisp and clear, great representation of my logo. As my brand grows, there’s a strong bet I will be ordering more, possibly different colors and/or additional for future team members.

Amazing product

Amazing product! Great service and quick responses. Jacket was perfect and was received in time for the holiday and was not expected until much later. What a great surprise!! Can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service!!! Thank you so much.

The jacket was of good quality...but

The jacket was of good quality and construction- purchased for my daughter. On the downside, after going through the trouble of having precise measurements taken (by a professional tailor) the jacket's waist was narrower than listed on Clohoo's sizing chart. This is NOT a unisex jacket. This is a men's jacket being marketed as a unisex garment. My advice is Do Not trust the vendor's size and measurement guidelines for females.

The customer service was amazing

The customer service was amazing. I made an error when designing the jacket for my daughter. They sent me an email with an edit and photos before processing. I was truly impressed by this. They want you to be 100% satisfied before your purchase. The jacket was absolutely perfect! I took it to have her letter sewn on and they loved that it had an inside pocket and so does my daughter! I wish I could post a photo of just how great this jacket is. My daughter is 5'7 and 140 lbs, we ordered a medium.
