I order since January 2026 and I have not receive my order till now

Absolutely useless waited a month for a dress and kept giving excuses it was coming from China it appears Then they had sold out and waiting for another batch Good job i paid via Paypal They sent me a refund when I informed them of the carry on Will not order again from them!!!!! BTW I saw the ad originally of Face Book !!!!

Ordered a dress on the 29th of December paid for have the proof in my bank account.No dress and I have emailed Cloty but no reply. This company is a scam !!! It should be taken down and all the other sites associated with Cloty

I ordered and paid for a dress about 4 months ago and still haven’t received it and there’s no way to contact the company it’s a disgrace

I made an order since the 15th of January, 2026. I only received a confirmation email, and the items have not been delivered. I tried to contact them via the email address provided, but my email is not delivering.

Ordered dress and had to keep chasing delivery. Eventually arrived, cheap product, not great fit so wanted to return and get refund! So far offered me 30% off discount voucher!!! I don’t want that because I won’t be ordering again , looks like I’ll have to chase refund through my payment method as they are hopeless at communicating!!

Ordered dress early January, got confirmation email. Nothing arrived, Cloty email not working! Scam!!

Ordered clothing and paid , the email bounces back and the live chat on the website doesn’t exist

Ordered Dress in December had one email to say it’s on its way since several emails to them regarding my delivery emails are not going through coming back as not delivered no address no refund no emails

Placed an order on the 15/12/25
Had no email confirmation only from a company called CS Help confirming my payment
Yet another con website these places should never be able to advertise
