This is a fraud, be carefull!!! Their Vaporizers don't work and they are not trustworthy to send their products or replace the pieces that don't work. I am still waiting for 1-item from my original order and that is more than a month since I placed my order. They are not honest and the products are "junk", don't buy from them, also they are located in China not Calgary as listed on their site.

my vape came a little late due to some customs delay which I understand. These guys offer free replacement if there is anything wrong with the vape. My vape arrived defective, but they reshipped my replacement and they also added another vaporizer! Now this is what i call customer service!

My opinion is mixed
My opinion is mixed, because I did get a good deal on a vaporizer, but I only ordered from the company because it said it was in Calgary. It isn't. It's in China! I live in Canada. If I wanted to wait a month for my product, I could of ordered anywhere. I wanted it in a couple of days, therefore I shopped local. A few days after I order, I get a Canada Post tracking number for an item shipping from China. I repeat, it Took A MONTH, and they LIED. I'm not impressed. Also note: there is no phone number. Only email, and their customer service isn't overly friendly, so set your expectations high.

FRAUD ALERT
DO NOT buy from this company. Company asks for payment via interac or paypal. No response when you try to contact them. Phone number is not valid. Nobody answers the phone at iigears which is the company you are instructed to send paypal payment to. No response from Facebook page. Reported company to Facebook, Paypal and Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
*** edit*** Not incorrect store. Transaction took place through store site over a year ago. Be cautious about entering personal information as customer information may be compromised if business denies transaction. BUYER BEWARE

Not sure about trusting this site. Should of done my homework first. I ordered from them and paid for my product. Have sent numerous emails asking the same question and no response. Tried their phone number that is listed on their site and it doesn't work. Buyer beware!
