I would not order anything else from them because I canceled and order in the time from they said my refund was being issued in the 12th of March and it is the 11th of April and I still have not received my refund but they took the money off of my credit card and they won’t give it back

It's been 1.5 months and never received my order. No one answers from customer service. This is a scam.

Ordered two pairs over three months ago. You get a message saying they're in China. It's a scam. Do not buy from this company

I bought three pairs of these and they are terrible, none of them fit, and they expect me to ship them back to China for $70. Beware of this company, don’t buy from them. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered 2 pairs they were much too wide. Returns go to China paid by customer. They offer vouchers instead but if they don't fit will you order more? They offered 100 percent voucher but not a return label. My guess is the return to China costs as much as buying them.

If I could give a no star I would . Bought two pairs and they came a month later way too big , and far from being soft . I would say CHEAP!! Dont waste your money !!! BEWARE!! I tried to ship them back and get my money back and it would have cost me 219.00 !!!! More than I spent on them ! NEVER AGAIN!!! CHINA CRAP!

This is a bogus, predatory website. Ordered and paid for my Cloud sandals a month ago- nothing . The customer service phone number is fake- no one answers or there is a weird message. Emails are answered by computer generated responses which say” your sandals have arrived in the country” or we are contacting the shipping company. “. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed

This company is TRASH! People do NOT buy anything from them! After waiting almost 3 weeks just to get my order when it arrived they sent the WRONG slides that I ordered! I have emailed this company many times Order # #129964 and attached pictures of the shoes they sent vs the slides ai ordered and have not heard back from them! I repeat do NOT buy from this company. The fact they do not even have a phone number listed should have clued me in that this company is horrible and a scam!

Ordered 3 pairs almost a month ago. The shipping tracking said they were sitting in the same place in China for 3 weeks. After contacting support, the shipment moved to Georgia (United States), and now has been sitting there for another week.
Contacted support again, and their response continues to be vague AF. DO NOT ORDER from this scam of a company!!!

First of all shoes took like forever to get here, Over 3 weeks! They tried to deliver at 12:01 am and would not leave package! I downsized a size and they are still swimming on my feet! They look cheap and will offer no support. Oh, they have a return policy but no where does it say "its returned to china" At Shipping label says it came from CA. It would cost 2x the amount to return. Total Joke and complete SCAM. Do not fall for it!!

I ordered two pair of these slides when it was buy one get one free, with no shipping. They are way too long for me so I wanted to exchange them. They are wanting me to send back what I ordered. I checked and the approximate shipping on UPS is about what I Paid for the slippers. USPS wanted a bunch more. Why am I having to pay for shipping to send them back to China when they did not charge me for shipping. I’m taking this as a loss of about $47. Do not order from this company. Their customer service is awful Awful awful!!

This company says they will give you a full refund for their extra wide shoes (made for heavy footed people) I wish I would have read these reviews … they will refund you after you pay and return them to China! Do not try them you will be so disappointed.

This company is a total FRAUD. The shoes are far from Orthopedic, they are made of cheap plastic and when you notice that the quality is beyond horrible, you try to get your money back and that's when you notice that the company had the shoes shipped from CHINA and you have to return them to CHINA, of course it costs more to ship them back than the cost of the shoes. What a FIASCO of a company

I ordered took over a month to receive. After three weeks I asked for my money back. I tried to have my pay pal get involved, once done I received the stupid product. No more cloudies for me, their customer service is terrible.

I live in Michigan and it took a month and the shady tracking from some company called ACI said they delivered it and never did. Cloudies refused to refund or send a new pair and said I had to provide them with an affidavit from ACI tracking and i could not reach them either! This whole place is a scam dont order from here!

These are not orthopedics as advertised! I waited over a month for them to arrive and they are not what I thought I was ordering! I contacted the company for the return procedure and didn’t receive a reply the first time. The second time I contacted them, they replied that it would cost me to return the slippers, and I would have to ship them to Austria! When I was tracking the shipment, they came from China! They replied that if it was too much “hassle” to ship them back, that I could buy another pair for 50% off and just keep them and gift them to someone! It would probably cost me as much for postage as the slippers cost, if not more! Why would I want to buy another pair if they are not what I’m looking for?! It doesn’t matter if they were selling them for $1! Buyers, beware!

If you live in the US, don't buy this product from Cloudies unless you have already tried them on. If you do not like them, the cost to ship them back is more than the refund.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Not only am I waiting a month after ordering and still NO SLIDES, I also can’t get the company to respond to numerous emails about when they will arrive. When I click on track shipping, it says they have not been shipped! I was told on Dec. 22 they were in route and would be delivered in 3-5 days. Nope!! Worst company ever!! So whether they are comfortable or not, I wouldn’t know since I still haven’t received shipment. I would never order from them again.

Refuse to refund me and are now ignoring my emails instead of sending me a return address label. Offered to send another pair but I pay $10 for them. I don't want ANY pairs. So completely lied about their return policy! Beware!
