I purchased from what I thought was a UK based company (website clooud.co.uk) - goods arrived 5 weeks later but when I contacted customer services to return the items, I was advised I had not followed size chart- (which I had) their response was to order the bigger size! Have requested a refund 5 times now and I have been met with expensive to return, suggest you keep item or give as present to another and get 25% off next order!! If I had known it was manufactured in China I wouldn't have purchased. VERY BAD SERVICE - I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Do not I repeat do not buy anything from clooud.co.uk they are con artists and any product you buy you can buy in the £1 shop and get a better quality item, if you request a refund they tell you to return the product and give you a false address to do so in China. They are scam artists donot I repeat do not buy from them, they will take your money and laugh all the way to the bank..

Tried to return item as dissatisfied with quality sent them an email stating reason for return and requested refund. They replied " If you want to return the goods, you need to pay for the postage yourself, but I don’t recommend you to do this. This product sells very well on our website. But because you are not satisfied, we can give you a 25% refund."

Call this customer service!!! Will NOT be using them again and DO NOT RECOMMEND MAKING ANY PURCHASES FROM THEM

I agree to the others this page simply is a fake. The contact is broken and won’t work, the phone number doesn’t work and the fact that you only can pay on bitcoins so you can’t reverse the payment after should be enough proof it’s fake. So please stay away 🙏 same your money.

i have done some google search about socks5 and got this website showed by google ads, i paid 99$ for trial Account but they don't send me anything, their support page not working too. This is 100% scam, Stay away!
