You get what you pay for. Paid £33 each for two single mattresses. They looked very different. Cheaply made and of poor quality. 2 stars for quick delivery.

AVOID!!!! If I could give them 0 stars then I would.
Absolutely awful company. The bed they provided wasn’t fit for an animal to sleep in never mind a human being. Nothing like the photos. Have been emailing back and fore since December for a refund with wowcher involved in all emails and they just copy and paste the same email over and over again ignoring everything I say. Won’t even give a telephone number to speak to a human.

Very poor quality and not fit for purpose

Purchased this for my Daughter, within 3 months my daughter fell through the 3 seater sofa, on closer inspection including the 2 seater sofa, the supporting bars for the seating where 25mm square wooden battens with only stapled fixings

To cut a very long story short, the company then sent another complete set as a replacement but this was exactly the same, i refused the replacement and asked for the full £850 refund which they refused

With no other option, i contacted my Credit Card company which instructed me to get a professional report on the Sofa Set

This was obtained at a cost to myself of £120

The report basically explained that the supporting battens to take the weight of a person or persons was inadequate and also the fixings should be a fixed screwed fixing and not a staple fixing

The Credit Card company refunded my monies in full

Bought sofa for this company. It burst a seam within the first year now burst on 3 different places and can’t get replaced/repaired this is the message I got from then even after asking to pay myself for the repairs or replacement

Great futon at a great price and delivered quickly - bought via temu from cloudnine.

Very bad product, looks so cheap and cost more , bad customer service. Avoid at all cost

Advised a delivery for today, at 12:42 I was advised it’s now tomorrow. Been hanging around all day for nothing. Terrible service and three to five days for refund. Avoid.

After speaking today with the lovely Vienna, I found out I’m getting delivery of my bed tomorrow. I ordered it at about half past midnight today. Unfortunately I’ve had to amend this review once the bed has turned up. It is very cheaply made. I paid a total of £185 for it. The bed is damaged. The colours don’t match there are parts missing and things bent out of shape the bed is very hard to assemble and un sturdy very cheaply mate. I wish I could put some pictures on here to show you the quality but seriously I wouldn’t bother ordering anything from this company. Don’t get me wrong. Customer service was great but the product is so cheaply made I was offered a £20 maximum refund which suddenly got increased to £40 and now I have been been told that they will be collecting the bed and I have to make sure health and safety procedures are met due to packaging. I’m not going to have any further expense. The bed is badly damaged and now I’m left for it to be returned and for me to wait for a refund I wouldn’t bother using this company

I am really happy with the quality of bed and mattress I've purchased, delivery was quick. Would buy again from them
