Hello, I purchased a subscription for Cloudpacket Solutions for a VPS. Upon purchasing however, I noticed the product was extremely subpar and did not work as intended. When I asked for a refund, the owner was extremely rude to me using slurs such as "c*nt" in Discord messaging.

The performance of the VPS does not match the marketed one! I absolutely disrecommend that VPS provider from my experience with them. Having purchased 12 GB RAM and multiple processor "cores", I wasn't even able to watch a HQ Youtube video! Everything lags, suggesting the actual performance of the machine doesn't match the marketed one at all. There are dozens of further VPS providers, just avoid that one from my experience.

Horrendous DDOS protection. My Minecraft minor server was attacked and taken offline multiple times. Wouldnt use again as the owner threatened more money from me or would leak my credit card information I paid for the service with.

To add insult to injury, the billing system was a nightmare. They conveniently "forgot" to mention hidden fees and continuously charged me for services I didn't use or request cancellation for. It's clear that their primary concern is squeezing as much money out of their customers as possible, rather than delivering a reliable and transparent service.

In summary, steer clear of Cloudpacket unless you enjoy frustration, wasted time, and throwing your money down the drain. There are plenty of other reputable VPS providers out there who actually value their customers and deliver on their promises. Save yourself the headache and find an alternatie
