Great customer service

Originally thought this was a scam. Apparently there was a website and email address issue. The owner has contacted me and I have received a refund. I very much appreciate the prompt and professional response. 4 stars as I never got to try the product.

If you're thinking about buying from Cloudpaws, DO NOT. I ordered an item and paid, but:

• The website is now completely down
• Their contact email doesn't exist / bounces back
• There is no way to reach them whatsoever

This has all the hallmarks of a scam store — they take your money, then disappear. I lost mine and I don't want you to lose yours.

I ordered 15 days ago. Your phone is always busy. And no news on the delivery. I will adjust the review when I receive what I paid for. Thanks
