Poor quality slippers

I Order a pair of fluffy slippers, that arrived damaged and marked, unable to get the mark out. I contacted customer service following their return policy and was told they will be investigating further, I did not hear anything for 3 weeks and had to email multiple times and still no resolution

Slipper were £26 and not worth the money due the quality of the actual slipper

Wasted money, almost a scam

I hate to admit, but I made a mistake ordering from this company.

I ordered a pair of fluffy slippers for £22.99 including delivery, only to later on come across the exact same pair being sold on SHEIN for £6.50.

The item I received even has the same branding tag (Shuangfei Lele) as the pair on SHEIN, and it's not of high quality, that I would expect from a £20+ pair of slippers. I could've just gone to Primark at this rate.

I also didn't know this company shipped directly from China, and that shipping would take 10+ days, otherwise I would've taken my £23 elsewhere, to buy a much better quality product.

Note to self: read Trustpilot reviews before placing an order.

Sent me the wrong size and expects me…

Sent me the wrong size and expects me to return to China or the USA at my own cost.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS THEY'RE A RIP OFF MERCHANT

Update
I have had to return the slippers to get some money back. After weeks of back and forth I was told there is nothing I can do other than pay £14 for the shipping of a new pair (plus the £27 i paid for the wrong ones they sent to me). It cost me £12 to send them back and never have to deal with this company again.

The saga continues 2/6/25, returned wrong slippers now refusing to give me a refund after having the returned slippers for 6 weeks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My son ordered a gift for Mothers Day and has not arrived yet, hasn’t even been dispatched. No option to cancel the order which we would like to do, can only email which from your reviews you rarely answer

Since writing this, my son has received an email stating the item is out of stock and a full refund will be given

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. Didn’t receive my item and refused to give me a refund. Said i have to pay £10 to get it sent out again after a “failed delivery”
My place of work is open from 7am-11.30pm so there’s no way I’ve missed it. I’m currently going down the road of getting my refund back and have made a complaint with an ombudsman through citizens advice. Shocking service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered some clouds slides slippers for £29.99 they arrived today and are absolutely awful quality and are the exact same slippers as a cheap pair I got from Temu for less than £5!
They are the exact same make ...same labels, same material, same soles .. everything..
Absolutely awful.
Wrote a review on their website that was one star and conveniently has not appeared on their website.
Cheap slippers for £30 when you can get them off Temu for less than a fiver

After a bad shopping experience with…

After a bad shopping experience with this company, I finally got a refund for the slippers I never received. The company are now harassing me to change my review I left on here previously. I will not do it. They deserve the bad review for keeping me waiting weeks. I had to contact them a few times but always got a poor excuse as to why delivery had not been made. They seem to have an office in London but the goods are made in China. I would not use them again.

They say they are a uk based company…

They say they are a uk based company yet your items clearly come from China.
I ordered a pair over a month ago and they still haven’t arrived.
Seriously think twice before ordering, if it’s a quick gift your after this isn’t the company.
Poor customer service.

Rubbish, Do not buy

Only wore for a few weeks evenings only as at work all day, the stitching started to come undone on the side.
Contacted company who said nothing they could do as it was past their 15 day notice period. Even when they were told that they are unfit for purpose plus sending photos. Rubbish Company

Taken money with no product

Ordered slippers at the beginning of March and selected same day shipping. Today is 19th March and still no sign of the slippers. I'm asking for a full refund processed today so let's see what happens. If not, it's trading standards and ombudsman action for companies like this.

Beware - they are scammers

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Cloud Slides UK. I ordered a pair of slippers in size 11-12, but what I received was nowhere near that size—more like a 7-8. Despite repeatedly explaining that the slippers were incorrectly sized, the company refused to acknowledge the issue and simply insisted that they had sent the “correct size” based on the label.

To make matters worse, returning the item is practically impossible. Nowhere on their website does it state that returns must be sent at the customer’s expense to the USA. The return shipping cost is higher than the item itself, making it completely unviable. This return policy feels deliberately designed to prevent refunds, forcing customers to keep faulty products.

Their so-called “satisfaction guarantee” is meaningless, and their responses to my complaint were repetitive and dismissive. I have reported this to Trading Standards, as in my opinion, this is misleading and unfair trading. I strongly advise avoiding this company—save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable retailer instead.

Follow up following there response:

It’s interesting that Cloud Slides UK has only offered this response now that my complaint is publicly visible. However, their reply does not address the key issue: the slippers are faulty because they are not the correct size, despite what the label says.

As per consumer rights, I am entitled to a full refund—not an exchange, not a partial refund, but a full refund—without having to cover the cost of returning a defective product overseas. I have already explained this multiple times, yet the company continues to ignore my request.

I will not accept anything less than a full refund. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter further.

Fraudulent website with no cancellation…

Fraudulent website with no cancellation or return option unless the product is damaged. Company appears UK based but more than a week after placing the order I’m tracking a shipment that’s just left China.

Endless problems and I’m still out of pocket

Seriously annoyed. They took ages to arrive and when they arrived, they had sent the wrong size. So I complained and they offered to send me a new pair, if I covered the shipping costs. That seemed reasonable. However, ‘covering shipping’ turned out to be £12 (which is not what they charge for shipping).
When the replacement arrived, it was not just the wrong size, but also an entirely different shoe! So now I’ve got two pairs of the wrong cloud slides, and I’ve paid for one and a half of them.
Their proposed solution: to pay the £12 again for an exchange. Like I’m gona fall for that again!
Don’t waste your time and money! The shoes are ok (albeit cheaply made) but everything else is RUBBISH

i placed my order in December 2024 and the company said it was delivery on the 29th Jan 25 i asked for a photo of delivery and it took them 4 weeks to send me the photo to find out it wasn't delivery to my address i have emails them 19 times asking for a refund and all i get is we are dealing with it i paid £25 and still haven't received my slippers or my refund please DONT BUY!!!!!

Inherently dodgy company

Inherently dodgy company. Present to be UK-based with a company address in London but if you decide return the slippers you are given an Iowa, USA address to return to. The colour of the slippers don’t reflect those on the site, the sizing isn’t standard in my experience and the material is exceptionally cheap. Bought without checking Trust Pilot and regret it. Don’t make the same mistake.

Very expensive shipping if need to return and low quality product

The shoes looked very low quality when they arrived and basically look like an Aldi special aisle product, just not as good.
I asked to return them and they said they would send me a new pair instead, as shipping return was expensive, but I'd have to pay shipping for the new pair. They thenn quoted me £12 to ship the replacement pair, bearing in mind the shoes only cost £19 this was not a good deal!
Be aware, you won't be able to return these shoes and they are not good enough quality to be worth all the hassle/expense.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Slippers didn’t fit, wanted to return them. they apparently don’t do returns unless I pay for the £10 postage fee, so I finally agreed to this, 3 months later of back and forth emails explaining the situation numerous times and the item is now out of stock and still won’t refund me, very blunt and rude emails

If I could rate this company zero stars I would...

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of slippers a month ago and they have still not arrived. The website deceivingly looks like a UK based company but once you order, it transpires they come from China

All the good reviews on Trustpilot are bots (not sure how they were verified by Trustpilot!) So DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I have emailed customer services who said they will track the order but nothing from them since.
