This is the best hosting service that I recommend to everyone who asks me. The support team is excellent and always solves any problems in a timely manner.

One star is too much. We have been using Cloudwalks for about 6 months and have encountered issues almost daily. Many, many down times. Disconnections once a week minimum. Very poor tech support. Their claim of 99.9% uptime is a gross exaggeration, we have been down for entire business days on multiple occasions. They have cost my small business a tremendous amount due to their very poor performance. I do not recommend them

Needless to say, you'll have no support worries with Cloudwalks. Whenever I have had any issues, I have received prompt responses by email or live chat. I won’t hesitate to say that their support is second to none. I look forward to many years working with them.

Support has ALWAYS responded to my email within minutes and stayed in touch until everything was working. I could not be happier with the service, the speed, the ease of use and more.

The support people were not helpful and never answered my questions. I was unable to load my data because support did not help me. Took a couple of weeks to cancel and they charged me a fee to cancel for a service I was unable to use.
