I would give them a negative, but that is not an option. I haven't spoken to one person yet to whom I could actually understand. I have been calling, trying to figure out the status of my loan application, going on 3 days now!!! they dont respond to any emails. I have had to keep calling them, every time getting told it would be taken care of by the end of the day!!!! Guess what it's the end of the day and I still have no answer.
