We receive a very knowledgeable and personalised service from Clovertec who have taken the time to understand our business and how it works and adapt their advice and solutions to suit our needs.

We had a poor experience with our previous IT company when Clovertec called. We had a couple of meetings and were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Since we partnered with Clovertec, our issues have reduced despite our company more than doubling in sites and employees.

We have worked with Clovertec for almost 2 years. As a company that needs total security, it was important for us to make the right decision when choosing an IT company. After several weeks of research and reading reviews, we chose Clovertec. From the outset, they've been a great team to work with, always there to explain anything we didn't understand or advise us where improvements could be made. As an individual, i would have no qualms whatsoever about recommending Clovertec.

Clovertec has been a good choice for our small charity, always helpful and responds quickly to tickets/issues raised.

Clovertec - implemented Office 365 for our business, directblinds.co.uk. The job was seamless and I cannot fault the level of after care and support they provided.

We are now starting a project with them to replace our server architecture.

We have been using Clovertec for our IT Support for approx 3 years.
Clovertec are able to provide excellent service for the support we require, they have a good ticketing system for raising any issues, and are very responsive to any tickets raised, keeping the User well informed on the progress of any particular issue/ticket.
We are able to 'bank' support hours with Clovertec, which is helpful so that jobs can be progressed straight away, rather than having to wait for approval.
Clovertec are always on hand to discuss any IT requirements we might have, as well as keeping up to date with our preventative maintance visits, which are very useful.
We are verey pleased to be working with Clovertec.

Our company recently looked to update our backup solution to Veeam, as part of the process we called in Clovertec to provide best practice guidance and consultation before implementing the new solution. From the first contact with George and his sales team through to the final meeting on site with one of the senior engineers they were extremely knowledgeable about the product and we found their help extremely useful to avoid any pitfalls.

I cannot recommend Clovertec highly enough, we found them to be extremely approachable and highly knowledgeable.

Clovertec provide a first class service all issues are dealt with promptly, no problem is too small or great. They are always looking at ways of improving our IT infrastructure. Clovertec also provide clear explainations of the problems identified and the solutions put in place. All this and value for money too!. Since Clovertec took over our IT has never run so smoothly, previously we would experience probems all of the time. I have no issue in recommending them to anyone.

I have no hesitation in recommending Clovertec. Their onboarding process was simple and hassle free. They invested the time needed to find out Excentra's current IT solutions and worked collaboratively with 3rd party providers to make the move pain free. Always on hand on a day to day basis,under their support contract, making sure they resolve issues in a timely manner and with a positive attitude.

We have recently started a contact with Clovertec for them to provide support to our existing IT manager. They have gone above and beyond our expectations and have already had a massive impact in a short time. They have greatly improved the security and stability of our network and work brilliantly with the whole team. We are looking forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

After a 15 year relationship with my existing IT supplier with natural progression we switched to Clovertec , and to be honest i wish that i had changed a long time ago , it open my eyes to what had been missing , they have a totally seamless approach to IT always at the end of a phone with help and advise , the business model based on proactive rather than reactive in maintaining our it needs is just fantastic !
