I had RacingLine spacers and lowering springs fitted to my Cupra Formentor at CLP Automotive in Sheffield, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. The work was completed in just two hours, which was seriously impressive.
Before the installation, the team were extremely helpful in talking me through the options and giving honest advice about which upgrades would suit the car best. Their knowledge really gave me confidence that I was making the right choice for the Formentor.
The customer experience was excellent too. The waiting room is lovely and comfortable, with a large smart TV and plenty of magazines to keep you occupied while you wait. They even made me a really nice coffee, which was a great touch.
Overall, fantastic service, great advice, and very efficient work. I genuinely can’t fault them and would highly recommend CLP Automotive to anyone looking for quality work on their car.

I purchased a Scorpion exhaust from CLP AUTOMOTIVE in Sheffield at a very competitive price compared to other online retailers.
It arrived after a few days. Fortunately, the exhaust fitter advised me before opening it that the exhaust would be a bit too noisy for my wife’s car. So, I decided to return it.
I emailed CLP and informed them about the return. I was very grateful to the sales team for their amazing assistance in guiding me on how to return my order.
They were very kind and helpful. I sent the item back using my courier. The item arrived at their premises in a few days. I received an email shortly informing me that I was fully refunded

Everything he promised came fruition, and we are very happy consumers thus far! .

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, great quality repairs at competitive prices (which were carried out in a very acceptable time frame) and second to none service from the team!

Nice chap just useless with communication, very little to no updates unless I chased. Also gave a lead time of 2 weeks for the discs which ended up being 3 weeks, again I had to chase.
I also purchased some bearings from Dan which I didn’t actual need in the end so shipped them back and he accepted the return and confirmed receipt yet has not replied to emails since and still not refunded. Pretty poor really.

Just used this company for the first time for some Audi S3 parts. Delivered on time with zero fuss. Had to return some items (my fault not theirs) and the return process was easy too. Will be using again.

CLP have serviced my R from new, scheduled service, DSG, Haldex, tyres… the lot. Just so easy to deal with, fair prices, and never any problems.
