Return process
I had some complications with a return and contacted the customer service for help. They responded really quickly, listened to my situation and were able to find a solution for me.
A special thank you to Ruth, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was understanding and genuinely took the time to help me rather than just giving me a standard response. She made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier and resolved everything quickly.
Honestly, this is exactly the kind of customer service that makes you want to shop with a brand again.
