no refund
I ordered to dresses in the same size and sent the size I didn’t need back. I got an email to say they have received it back and 3 weeks later still no refund. No responses to emails, the digital assistant which they claim to be a member of their team which is actually an AI assistant asks for your order number and email and conveniently responds ‘cannot deal with your request’. When you are buying dresses for £168, paying for the delivery and paying for the return and not getting the appropriate customer service back it makes you question whether the quality of the clothes is worth it for this level of service. I’ve now been out of pocket longer than their recommended time I should have to wait and get no communication back from them. Wouldn’t recommend

I had a very positive experience with Club L London’s customer service. My refund took a little longer than expected due to the international return process, but I received great support throughout.

Perfect fit
The dress got here extremely fast, was not expecting it. I was also nervous that it might not fit since I’m 8 months pregnant but it was perfect. The dress was exactly as described on like and the perfect shade of pink I was looking for.

I purchased a boomba stick on bra and the item was faulty and wouldn’t stick.
Club L refunded both the item and postage and apologised. All done within days.
