Nice helpful People. Quick respons

am very pleased with the excellent communication and the opportunity to support the protection of marine animals. I had lost the link to my whale, and ClubOcean kindly sent it to me again. Thank you very much!

The speedy and effective dispatch of the products was brilliant, especially as the reason for the plush penguin was a commemoration for my son’s anniversary, he died at eight years old absolutely obsessed with penguins so this is absolutely the best way to remember him and remember it is better to celebrate the best memories than dwell on the lost.

When I saw the deal, there was a massive discussion in the house between myself, my fiancé and our ten year old over who got what bracelet to go along with it. I have always been fascinated and terrified of sharks, ever since I saw a basking shark in beautiful clear waters (quite uncommon in Scotland where I grew up sailing) so, naturally my ten year old picked an orca.

Communication has been excellent, quality is superb and I would highly recommend both the work this charity is doing and also the fact that the fun side of it (tracking, cool bracelets,etc) has really influenced my daughter to become more involved in the idea of protecting wildlife.

Both for adults and for children i would highly recommend, for both the conservation side and the fun side.

This was the perfect gift for my whale-obsessed son. Supporting the cause whilst being able to map the whale was brilliant and really helped him engage and the bracelet is a lovely added bonus. When I had completely forgotten how to access the mapping the response to my query was really fast and sorted the (my) problem immediately.

What I love about Club Ocean, Helping the animals and conservation, beautiful bracelets, love the little charms on the bracelets, quick delivery I'm in the UK and good customer care i had a duplicate named turtle and they added a different one to my account. Iv done 2 orders another on its way and both have been complete. Also I enjoy tracking my animals and improving my geography.

Overall, we really like the project ClubOcen working on, and on top of that, the products are very nice, and we enjoy wearing them.

I love how they are so interactive and accommodating! They provided an update about the Orca I'm tracking and they also helped me how to wear the bracelet! I love their cause and how they really do their best to save the marine life

Nice and fast response when I wrote to the company about how to access and follow « my » whale when I couldnt find the link on the website. Zoe was kind! Thanks to her and Im happy with my new cap!

I received my whale bracelet (very good quality) and QR code, but this only worked the 1st time, so I emailed Zoe, who was able to send me a link to access the whale .... I also put it on my desktop so easier to access all the time. Prompt customer service ' thank you :-)

Club Ocean provides a lovely opportunity to sponsor & support wildlife in our seas & oceans. This can be done by purchasing a plushie, a bracelet or various other options. The items themselves are beautiful & just as advertised. The 'gift packaging' however, was totally ruined by the postal labels & wasn't worth paying the extra £6 for. I may have been unlucky, however, & this may have been an unusual case. I am still very happy with the items & am looking forward to gifting some & keeping some to track the animals ourselves. Customer service was very good.

When I had a question about how to track my turtle (her name is Maria) customer service replied almost instantly. Needless to say that I am very happy.

I had a problem with my connection. I couldn’t follow Malou the Whale anymore.
I wrote an email to ask how to solve this problem, and on the same day I received an answer with a link. Now it works perfectly 😊

I am happy with the products i got. I had a problem with the website but the customer service helped me. I got an answer the same day and the problem was solved easily. I would recommend club ocean. I think its a special thing to gift someone!

Overall possibility to track an animal is wonderful idea, my daughter is happy having the bracelet and possibility to observe life of an animal.
Also, I surely give 5 stars for quick and efficient support with a small issue that we were unable to resolve by ourselves. Much appreciate for this! It is a valuable quality metric for Company.

I ordered four bracelets, one came with the qr code for a whale while I ordered a shark. But no biggie. I open the next packet a broken bracelet… now I’m waiting for a reply to my email. Hoping customer service does their job

Edit: they’ve reached back out and I’ve been sent a new bracelet, customer service was very friendly and my mother was very happy with her gift!
