I ordered one tshirt w tracking number for shipping, even payed extra for it, they didnt gave me a tracking number, i wrote to the support, they answered me once and than never heard back from them. It still says that it got shipped its been 12 days and no shipment tooks 12 days from Germany to Italy. Really bad experience, i’d never recommend it absolute scam. They dont know what they are doing.

I ordered two t-shirts and I haven’t got it! After i read some of the other reviews I don’t think I ever gonna get the products….

I ordered a couple of times all ready and had zero problems. Until this time.... I ordered two different shirts in two separate orders. I'm still waiting to receive those and I ordered 4/5 months a go.. After a lot of mails with no reply to their customers service, they said the order must have been lost at DHL en they will send a repair order. I do not believe two separate orders both disappeared at the DHL. Now I'm still waiting for the ''repair'' order. Waiting almost 2 months at this point for the repair order… and zero contact at the customers service…

SCAM!!!
Ordered hoodie, nothing happened, zero communication.
I tried contact them everywhere, nothing happened.
I have to contact my bank to get my money back.
NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

My t-shirt just arrived, their website is legit. That being said, I can’t say much else that is positive. The design of the shirt is nice (also why I bought it), but the quality is mediocre at best, quite see through, which is a shame. The fitting of the shirt is also not the best, even tho the length of the shirt is fine, it fits funky.

Total waste of time.
Shirt ordered as birthday present, 3 weeks later nothing received no reply to emails so had to do a charge back through my bank.
Money was back in my account within a couple of hours 5 stars for Monzo bank.
Club presage get one star and they don’t deserve that.

Absolute scammers. Don’t buy from them. Will proceed with legal action.

The tracking number did not work and there was no response to my email inquiry which (after reading these negative reviews made me quite nervous) but the order did indeed arrive on time! The t-shirt is great, fit is also amazing, nothing to complain about but the lack of proper costumer support.

Hey, probably you are here just to read about this page. I did too. Friend of mine had birthday party and actually wished for one of their jumpers. I said „no problem”. I ordered it, paid for it and waited. Nothing happened. I got extremely worried and ended up here, on this page. I have read your opinions and got even more worried, Jesus. I saw comments that they don’t respond on e-mails, they are fricking scammers etc. The truth is… they are not. If you have a problem contact them on their e-mail that starts with „support…”. Check if your address is completed and give them time, for real. Today I received the order a few minutes ago. I swear it is gorgeous. The fabric and size are fantastic. Everything matches with the discription. Please don’t be too harsh and give them time to complete your orders. Remember to always remind them that you have problems with the order. It will help them to start helping you. I give them 5 stars because everything is how it should be even though I have waited almost 2 or maybe over 2 weeks. Be kind and if clubpresage is reading this -> You are doing great job, keep going!

I've ordered a Shirt 35 days ago and didn't get any response after that. I tried a few times to contact them via email but didn't get any response. Total waste of money and time.

I have purchased from this company multiple times, with delays and lazy responses, but the items still arrived. However, this time I have yet to receive an order I placed almost two months ago. I have reached out to their info@presageworld email several times and I have received absolutely no response. Unbelievably unprofessional approach.
It is a great disappointment for a customer who likes their products, and I would not recommend wasting your money nor time placing orders here. I will avoid this company in the future.

It’s a scam. I bought a shirt two months ago and reach out to them for updates but never got a response.

Terrible. I bought a hoodie for 50 euro and it’s been 2 month since that order, no trace, they don’t answer, they don’t give any sign of being alive, it’s a full scam.

Saw an ad on Pinterest for one of their t-shirt so I thought no harm as all the ads on Pinterest for me have been from legitimate brands/stores like H&M and Micheal Kors. Placed an order, but no dispatched email was sent after 14 days which states on there's website that’s how long it can take to dispatch an order. Emailed them as it still had not been shipped so now that’s roughly 20 days after placing the order, got a reply a few days later saying that due to Black Friday, they have been having a lot of orders and that it will be shipped soon so I waited another week and a half and nothing still has been shipped so I just contacted my bank for a refund as even with Black Friday delays nothing should take almost a month just to be shipped out as well as I'm in Europe as well as where the company is based too. The delivery estimate was only a week from placing the order. They should just close the store/website if they can't fulfil orders anymore. I did look on their Instagram beforehand and they used to have clientele photos but now they’re all removed and just images of the shirts only. They also seem to be buying likes and have multiple of the same Instagram accounts spamming love in the comments to hide comments from people asking where their orders are. So don't buy just a scam company trying to pretend they have stock when they don't anymore. Also, Trustpilot says they had to remove the brand on this website as there were fake reviews so it pretty much sums up what they are trying to do.

It's a scam. I've tried to order a t-shirt from this brand but never heard from them since I placed the order. Reading the other reviews here I think that if you're from outside Germany you shouldn't try to buy anything from their website.

COMPLETE SCAM!!! Just wasted 80 Euros.

So, I placed my order on October 11th and have not received anything yet. I have contacted them multiple times (5 emails to be exact) and via different channels (also on Instagram) but there has been no response back. Probably not worth the effort and money to take legal action but I wish someone does and the company ends up paying all the money they stole from people!

I am going to post this exact comment/review in every advertisement I see from their account. This is ridiculous!

It's a scam. They didn't send my order till couple of months. Don't answear the emails and messages. Don't want to make a refund. Do not do the same mistake!

Took my order in September. Until today no items received, no cashback. No information from their side. Wrote them several emails. They did not answer. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THEM!
