I am reviewing the Howdidido software…
I am reviewing the Howdidido software not the companies responses, as they have not responded at this time.
The club systems howdidido platform has proven to be farcical since we commenced using it, the frequency it fails to allow us to use it, for the task of booking the times is ludicrous. The new version is more difficult to use than the original software in the opinion of most of our club members. Club systems launched version 2 requesting a fee to use it. When the original version was known to be seriously flawed we were flabbergasted when we were being asked to pay a fee for a new product we had no idea it would perform. When we do use it we think it is no better than the abysmal original software. The only saving grace club systems seem to be relying upon, is that alternative software also seems to be abysmal.
So we golfers are forced to use software that is not truly fit for purpose. What a shambles

It's rubbish compared to the old one
It's rubbish compared to the old one. I get notifications but when I click onto it the result doesn't appear this has been happening on regular occasions
