I cant submit 0 stars, but this site is absolute garbage. The rng is rigged for the trash hands to win. Just tonight I lost with top set, turned full house to lose to quads on the river..qq vs aj...qj4 flop all diamond...jack on the turn..jack on the river...worst part is the other player jammed the flop and I snap called. So yeah..less than 1% chance to ever happen. This website is pure trash. I've seen so many ridiculous bad beats in days of playing and at a real casino where ive played for years I might have seen about the same amount of bad beats... in 5 years. Do not waste your money. I hope someone sues the f!@k out of these people

Constant impossible winning streaks. With impossible winning hands by the same player. MTT and sit and go games!
The AI program running this needs serious attention. Unless you have it programmed like this purposely?

I've been on a two month down swing of nothing but the worst badbeats. Tonight I lost with quad 44s to quad QQs and THE very next hand I pick up AA and flop an A for a set only to lose to a straight flush on the river. And keep in mind this is after a night/several months of nothing but bad beats and run outs. One has to ask what are the odds of losing with quads to qauds(the first time I've gotten them in a month or so) and then the very next hand losing with a set of Aces to a straight flush?!? I'd be an idiot to keep playing here. Poker is a brutal game but there are highs and lows, on this site it's only lows and down swings.
P.S. I have cashed several times on here although it's been months ago and the payouts are incredibly slow, typically taking around 4+ days to process

the software is obviously written to create drama on the river. Also favors certain players (in-house bots?).

After years of being a paid member, I finally cancelled both my premium WPT memberships because they just lock us Florida residents out of too many tournaments (several months a year!).

At first they jerked me around saying I did not cancel properly (I did it in writing). Then they apologized profusely for their error, and a supervisor acknowledged I had canceled properly and I was owe a refund of several hundred dollars.

But...you guess it! No refund. They have jerked me around for months.

I am now constrained to file a complaint in small claims court for refund, interest, court costs, etc. just because they are too ignorant to do what they already promised to do. I think I'll have an attorney do it so he can collect his fees too.

After my solid support for years, including playing in many live WPT tourneys areound the country, it is hard to believe they are this way. But they are.

Stay away. They take forever to payout. They delay and let you cancel your payout request after few days because they know you will lose it back. Scam company!

Rigged pots, you’ll go in with the best hands just to lose to something people shouldn’t play with, off suit numbers. Would not recommend this app to anyone. Play in the casino this app is absolute garbage.

I literally just hand go back to back quads with someone also having a boat and flush lol. A joke of a website, I'm pretty sure elementary school kids can create a better website than this garbage. Doug Polk must be getting paid mad bread to promote this scam site lol

I've been waiting weeks after the supposed 5-6 business days to get my payout. This company was started and subsists of trailer park kids that reached their breaking point after getting beat daily. I take solice in the eternal hell they have to look forward to. You're not smart guys. Nobody else is just willing to go as low as you. Be proud.

I've never seen money get in so good and constantly lose to inferior hands that have no business making it to the river I have literally seen and been a part of the most ridiculous suckouts I have ever seen and I've been playing poker for 25 years. I can't say one way or another what the reasoning behind this is but a 5% underdog should only hit five out of 100 times but it seems like it is the exact opposite and they are winning 95% of the time and I'm talking over thousands of hands documented this happens. Unless you're one of these donkeys that gets your money in bad every time and sucks out go play at a real site where the caliber of player is much higher but at least you know they're playing real poker.

I Enjoy playing. But when you do have an issue and are told you will be getting a refund, then it doesn’t come. You call back and ask why you didn’t get your refund and now the story changes and you don’t get a refund. That’s bad business. All the bad bests and bots playing here didn’t bother me. I was having fun. But bad customer service is the last straw. Stay away from this site.

I slowly build a $100 buy in up to $3000. In two days it was all gone. I lost 8 consecutive hands as a 80-90% favorite. AA vs AK, straight, KK vs AK x 2, Ace on flop (of course), AA to KJ, 833 flop, get called on the flop and running jacks, KK to 78 T43 flop, get called on the flop and running 9J. I've never seen anything like this site. If you can get in cheap, you'll probably win when you first set up. Then immediately cash out. As soon as you have a good week, cash out and take the money and run. Rigged to the extreme.

They say that online poker is not rigged, I bet you'll think otherwise after 30 mins of playing on this website.. this should be removed from the Internet. I hope there's a lawsuit soon so I can get some of my money back. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this website.

Terrible sofware !!! Today got disconnected 3 times , twice when I was in the hand , got me out of the game and lost 2 important pots …piece of shit software

there are so many statistically bad anomalies. i just spent the better half of 2 hours losing to people who played 8/3 off suite, 6/Q off suite, complete garbage hands with dominant hands like mid pocket pairs or suited A/K A/Q. I watched a player at the table I was at just destroy the table with complete trash hands over and over and over. I understand there is luck involved with poker but to lose consistanly against hands that shouldnt play let alone call 2-5x bb and then get lucky over hands that belong is unreal. not sure how they choose but there is no doubt in my mind that players are favored over others? maybe because of how much they buy in with? im not sure but its unreal. i have played poker the better half of 20 years and have never seen anything quiet like this. DO BETTER CLUBWPT

Has this happened to you??. ...here are the odds of two playing scenarios I see while playing out way too often at Club WPT....

When two cards are of the same suit on the flop...

The odds are approximately 1 in 17, or about 6%, that the next two cards will be of the same suit, given two cards of the same suit are already on the flop. This is calculated by finding the probability of the turn card being the same suit (12/47) and then multiplying it by the probability of the river card also being the same suit (11/46), which equals 12/47 * 11/46 ≈ 1.7%

And ...On The Flop, turn and river...

The odds of being dealt four cards of the same suit (a four-card flush draw) as your first four cards is approximately 1 in 33,400. This is calculated by multiplying the probabilities of each subsequent card matching the suit of the first card, which is approximately 0.0000297, or 0.00297%.

It has happened to me now 7 times in the last 15 games and the odds of that happening are astronomical....but not for your algorithm!!!

So how is this possible? And dont ask me for the game number etc. Just recheck your system.
They always send a cut and paste response for game number which goes away faster then you can remember to write it down!

Horrible bad beats over and over again. AQ flops the Q. Other player basically all in with Q 10. 10 is the turn card. 6% on the turn, 6% on the river are the odds. Over and over again.

Why have a wait list for a table to be the first person on the list but then let someone else snipe the seat the second it opens while you watch?

One of the worst casinos its all bottom made by them players from countries that doesn’t match with the advertised i literally saw few players from canada and all the players whos winning either from china or those Asian countries that sus and about the platform or the way they programmed the winning hands its un-logic Zynga poker is better the winning and losing hands i do not recommend WPT casino its so so bad
