Their service was useless. I did all that including, the payment and had nothing in response. I did not receive any responses to my emails, no updates, nothing. I was being ignored intentionally as though I was the unnecessary nuisance. This was money down the drain. I am sorry that I trusted this company and I would warn other people to avoid contact with it.
