No customer service response!

I ordered this product the last week in November. I received a tracking number for the USPS that just stated it was awaiting the item . As of today, (12/14/25) I have not received my product. I inquired at my local post office & they informed me the product was never received for mailing. I have emailed, no response. I have messaged via Instagram & no response. I have commented on their Instagram website & no response. I will be contacting my credit card company to report this company

Great Product! Great Customer Service.

This is a great product! After trying it, I wanted to order more, but due to customs issues, it was returned to Clutch Glue. I emailed them about it, and they have issued a refund, which I will use to reorder. I would really recommend this product and their kind customer service. Clutch Glue has been a game changer!
