The Clymb LIES to Cover Mistakes

I placed an order on July 3, 2023. On July 10, 2023, tracking said that the package had not been delivered to the carrier yet. I wrote to customer service who told me "We shipped the goods on time. The package is delayed due to a carrier problem." As it turns out, they never even had these shoes in stock. I received a refund, but not an apology for LYING to me.

Wrong item, Bad Customer Service, Withholding Return Funds

The company sent me the wrong item. Like a completely different item than I ordered, not even just the wrong size. Then they tried to get me to keep the item for a minuscule discount of $12. I am still jumping through hoops to get my return and money back almost a month later.
Also, they are trying to charge me shipping both ways to return the item I never ordered from them. I cannot stress enough what a poorly run operation this is. I would not recommend ordering anything from The Clymb.

Very responsive customer service!

I ordered two items of clothing on clearance. One of them fit perfectly, the other not so great even though I ordered my size.
I contacted the company to tell them my issue.
I was promptly issued Clymb credit, after selecting credit instead of an actual refund. I chose that option because my refund would have had shipping taken from it.
When I inquired about instructions for sending back the article of clothing, they said it was not necessary.
Overall, my experience was very positive. I am sure I will order something again.
My only suggestion for improvement is to carry more gear related to all types of outdoor activities, like the old Clymb! I purchased a lot of great stuff because the selection was outstanding and the prices incredible.

Canceled my order without any…

Canceled my order without any explanation. I guess they ran out of stock, which is fine, but an email or text that said sorry about that with an explanation would have been nice. Have bought lots from The Clymb previously, but probably won’t in the future.

I ordered and quickly received a lovely…

I ordered and quickly received a lovely swimsuit which, sadly, I didn’t fit the suit. I contacted The Clymb and with no problem was informed of the return snd refund process. Very professional and very responsive. And then they wished me a nice day!
