CMD were quite helpful in me obtaining…
CMD were quite helpful in me obtaining the actual item I needed. The only complaint I have, was with the courier company used to dispatch the item to my address, as it didn't turn up on the day scheduled even though I was in all day.
The courier company claimed they attended, but no one was in, even though I didn't hear my door bell ring. The following day was much more polished, because now the tracking of the consignment with the driver could be seen, an a ETA for delivery was shown which wasn't available the day before.
Also, I had no problem hearing the driver when he rang the bell to hand over the item. So would have been five stars if not due to the delivery issue.
