GREAT experience! In this age of little to no customer service it was so refreshing to work with Sierra on getting re-certified. I had some trouble with my state certification and had to get her help several times. She was so patient and helpful and got the problem resolved in a timely and friendly manner. She's a gem!

Excellent service with very kind, patient and understanding scheduler and doctor. The process was fast and thorough.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the fact that they ask what your assigned sex at birth was on the intake form. This is not relevant to the matter at hand. It is simply a way of determining if you are transgender or not. I find it to be a violation of my privacy and dignity. I am afraid of what they do with the information. The government is currently targeting trans people and this is just a way to find us. Thanks for the violation.

Working with Richard and Mindy is an absolute pleasure. They are helpful,, very knowledgeable, and couldn’t imagine anyone being more upbeat and friendly. And they are very professional. It would be ok with me if I needed to talk to them more often. 🙂
