Canna Care Docs exemplifies a deeply troubling entity in the cannabis card certification landscape. Freezing patients' bank accounts for undisclosed recertification fees without their consent is not only unethical but also unconscionable and illegal. Withholding treatment and recertification is a disturbingly abhorrent practice that should not be tolerated. Rather than collecting payment right before services are rendered, you have opted for a deceitful approach that exploits vulnerable patients. Who gave you the right to retain my banking information for over a year? Even if analytics suggest my agreement, that does not equate to informed consent. Your tactics are misleading and insidious, and your pricing is wholly unrealistic in today's market.

Moreover, the way you communicate with patients is utterly reprehensible. You may operate within the medical field, but your behavior is akin to that of a pathetic, immoral, street-level drug dealer. The public has access to significant portions of your conversations, streamed live on YouTube, which reveal the truth about your practices. It is clear that you are the worst cannabis card certification entity in the state, and both the licensing board and the Cannabis Control Commission should take immediate action to put you out of business. Your staff demonstrates abusive behavior, and your doctors operate without ethics. This situation cannot continue without consequence, and an investigation into your practices is absolutely necessary. Mr. Cohen you’re a street level drug dealer in an ugly suit!

This is my third time going through this company. They are kind, responsive, and very user friendly on their platforms.

Relaxed Clarity has always been there for me in renewing my license, including the computer part which I dread. Jay has made it all less stressful. He’s so kind, patient and a good educator. Very kind and caring and simple.

I love that they send me a text when it is time to renew so I do not miss my window. They are so helpful and accommodating. Before I found them I had to take off work to go to the doctor and I try and save my days for my illness when I need to rest. I am very grateful I found them and how respectful and professional they are to work with on this process.

The overall experience was great!! They assisted with the pre-appointment paperwork and made sure all of my required stuff was up to date. Jennifer upfront was awesome. Your office dropped clients last year and had to look elsewhere.

Do not go through this company. They took my $175. I never received my card therefore I was never never able to go to a medical dispensary. So you're telling me I paid $175 to you people for nothing. Just let everyone know reading these reviews you can now get your medical marijuana card in most states for $50 Google it don't go through this company. They are rude and they have no work ethic the lady whom I spoke to first should not be working with people. Never again
