Over the Christmas period, our team has been working with reduced staff, which has unfortunately caused some delays. I can confirm that your order has now been picked and packed this morning and will be dispatched today via DPD.
I’ve spoken with the team to ensure this is followed up internally, and as a goodwill gesture I’ve refunded the full delivery charge.
In relation to VAT, as a wholesaler we’re required to apply VAT at the standard 20% rate. I can see that you were able to take advantage of our 5 for 4 offer, which helped reduce the overall cost of your order.

I have been purchasing from this company the past 3 months and the prices are unbeatable on brands such as Osmo Ikon, Wella and Schwarzkopf and is always delivered next day with dpd! Customer service is also brilliant, so quick and easy to to contact through their WhatsApp.

Head Jog 91 Ionic Radial…
Brought a Head Jog 91 Ionic Radial Brush (60mm) Purple to replace my original which has lasted years. Very disappointed. Whilst using it for the first time, the brush head became lose and moves side to side. Very shoddy and waste of money. The brush was delivered in a large padded envelope with but with no protection. First and last time using this company.
