absolute trash. can’t believe people actually sit there and scam people all day.

I ordered 4 wigs in March, I didn't receive anything, they are not doing anything going about it and don't care they are scammers. You will get nowhere. The only way to contact them is throught email which they only copy and paste the same things over and over again. I can't believe i ordered from them and trusted them. The tracking number shows it's been delivered.....WHERE IS IT????

This company is a complete and utter JOKE!
Ordered 2 wigs 7 weeks ago and still nothing.
Contacted and they lied and said it was shipped an in my country. NOT TRUE!!
DO NOT BUY from this terrible company.

Fake!! I ordered 2 wigs 2 months ago. Never arrived, now that have changed the site name.

I ordered two wigs on 19th March and I am still waiting. I order 2 human hair wigs because they were on sale. Alarm bells starting to ring straight after ordering as I came across another website that appeared to be identical to this store, so I clicked on the two wigs I ordered from the other website only to find that these two wigs are completely synthetic. After waiting a month and checking the tracking number, the last activity was on 27th march. I tried to go on to the website I ordered from but it doesn't exist anymore (neither does it's twin), so I sent an email to the company requesting refund because I am suspicious now. Only to be told to be patient. I've looked here and have seen many people have encountered the same issue. I have again requested a refund and if those wigs do turn up they will be going straight back to the seller as I do not want them anymore because the initial ad was false, to which they said they will only refund once they have received the wigs back. How is that possible when there is nothing to send back to them? I don't actually believe they have even sent anything to me.

SCAM! I ordered wigs months ago and they told me they were on the way. I never received them and now their website doesn't even exist!!! (Edit I got the wigs and they are literally cheap amazon wigs)

Do not order! Never received my order and never received a response on my many attempts to contact them.

Omg worst experience ever. I ordered 4 wigs and i have alopecia so i really needed something to make me feel pretty again, so i was super excited and when i finally got them 1 was flawed so bad i cant even wear it and 2 were the wrong color, and i cant get anyone to email me back. Messed up

I finally received my 2 wigs, took weeks to receive.
1st one is cute but definitely not what's on their site so I've got to figure out how to work with this one. 2nd one is horrendous! It clearly looks like doll hair and the color is awful! Not what I ordered at all! I'm disappointed and will never order from them again. I should have read the reviews before ordering!!! Pictures are deceiving.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star...They use other people's pictures and videos and act as if they are theirs. What they will ship you doesn't look anything like what they show on their site...don't waste your money!!!!

Do not even want to give one star. I placed an order for 2 wigs and never got my order. I wrote them many times to refund and got no response. Do not buy from them...total scam.

I ordered a wig that was advertised as "dark brown to blonde ombre". The roots are sooo light, more of a dark blonde than anything close to brown. The ad also claimed it had baby hairs around the perimeter which is also not true. I was really looking forward to this wig but I am left extremely disappointed. On a positive note, the hair definitely is super soft. I tried reviewing on their site but of course they will not post it. It's a shame because it had potential to be a really great hair piece...dont make the same mistake I did- avoid purchasing wigs or hair pieces from this site!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! I PURCHASED FOUR WIGS VALUED AT OVER $100 FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A CHINA COMPANY PRETENDING TO BE A UNITED STATES COMPANY. THE WIGS I RECEIVED LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. THEY WERE MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC, THE WRONG SHAPE, AND WERE LITERALLY COMING APART, AND I PAID EXTRA FOR HIGHER QUALITY WIGS! I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I CAN PAYOUT OF MY OWN POCKET TO SHIP THE WIGS BACK AND RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND OR KEEP THE WIGS AND RECEIVE A 20% REFUND. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY, THEIR QUALITY IS HORRENDOUS, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE. I'M WORKING WITH PAYPAL TO FILE A DISPUTE AND ATTEMPT GETTING A REFUND. WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. FALSE ADVERTISING! FALSE ADVERTISING! FALSE ADVERTISING!

DO NOT ORDER. Mine never arrived. Last tracking on 20/11 and no movement thereafter and they kept on saying to wait....its been a month for an Express delivery said to be 20-25 days.
