Firstly the speed of despatch and delivery was 1st class. Then the product itself is really good, we had 1 minor hiccup, this due probably to a mast. Tried again and took us right to the place we had programmed into it,

Great to deal with
I had a great experience dealing with CMNAV and although on this occasion the unit was returned i will check out there products in the future. 100% for customer care and 95% for the system. I have used lots of various sat navs, some came as part of the vehicle media or the normal TomTom, Garmin etc.. As this was my first purchase of a lesser known to me system I asked Christian lots of questions prior to purchasing CMNAV's 9" Hgv/van system with live traffic updates. All of my question were replied to promptly both prior to buying the unit and on completion of a 1500 mile journey 2 weeks later. I had one issue with the satnav, the live traffic seemed to be a bit difficult to connect or delays in updating. I explained the issue and was offered a goodwill gesture of a partial refund or return the unit on their 30 day money back offer. I decided for me I needed the live traffic to be more reliable so returned the unit and recieved a full refund promptly. Full marks all round.

Early Impressions Are Very Positive…
Excellent speedy communication before purchase, answering my questions. I’ve taken a few days doing local journeys with the Motorhome dimensions installed. As suggested, I paralleled the journey with Google maps to get used to the way the sat nav plans a route. Will put it to a more rigorous test in a few weeks. However, so far so good! The sat nav is responsive and identifies road works etc.
