I never received it! My order was Marsh 3. Nothing since then;-/

Order never arrived and no tracking information, no replies from emails

I saw the payment transfer from my account, then nothing happened. I tried to contact you, but your website had issues. Eventually I used a different browser and computer and got a question through. I learned you had not shipped my order, and that there were delays - however, I received no notification of any delay. No indication that you did not have product to ship was given when I made the purchase. I was able to get a refund. I wish I could review your product, but it appears there was no product to ship me.

My cube came damaged but Customer Service was on it and is sending a replacement! Very considerate and I appreciate the quick response. Thanks CMY Cubes :0)

Hello! I just got an email that states it's been 2 weeks since I received my product. I haven't. It would help if you sent these requests AFTER you confirm the customer has received the product. Just a thought. Thank you!

I am still awaiting the rest of my December 6 or 7th order. I Received only one item of order. A VERY COOL GYRO STAND. I contacted via the SHOP bot in January and haven't received the rest of the order "in process."
On the 22nd, it will be in process for a month.

There is a saying that "Every advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." Your products are truly magic! They are enthralling to my family and friends who see them. I would only like to have (1) clear cubes that demonstrate the colors of natural light, and (2) even larger cubes (2 to 3 inch), for my collection. Keep a-going!!

I made a mistake and took the mini ones, it took more than a month to get them and they are really too small… and cherry on the cake I had to pay customs taxes which I didn’t expect.

The present for my niece was a hit....it lives in the living room so the whole family can enjoy it. We'll done CMY Cubes!

Product is beautiful, but quite small for the price. Stickers started to peel up after a few weeks of regular handling. Tracking shipping through Shop app was kind of pointless: no updates. Overall an average experience.

My adult son asked for these for Christmas . I have no idea why. But he likes them. I didnt care for the tracking site. Its a freaking shopping site!
I ordered them on 12/7/24 received them on 12/22/24. That by the way is not 2 day shipping.
You get 4 stars cuz he was happy.

Somehow ordered the single colour cubes (which I didn't know existed) there is no magic or fun to be had just very expensive perspex blocks. I asked to exchange for the multi coloured ones and found that they have a no exchange or refund policy. Why would a company not allow refunds or exchnages. This whole thing feels like a scam. Customer service didn't help me. Sorry for your disappointment etc...Total waste of money. Very frustrating experience. Also have not stopped receiving emails about how to be a brand influencer since...tell your friends and followers, tips on how to advertise for us. Gross.

Your magical color cubes never stop amazing. I buy, display and observers become enchanted, so I give them my cube and reorder several.
The cubes teach us to stop and see the colors of our beautiful world.

I love my mega! Fun for photography, boggling the mind, and especially cool on mushrooms. Great customer care and a quality product. Worth the hype! 🙌

My son loves his CMY cube! The only issue is that some of the coloring is already peeling/chipping. But, he's still in love with all of the colors!

Lots of fun, and a pleasant addition to the home as decoration/art.

I haven't opened the box yet but they keep sending an email saying I have to review in order to enter the sweepstakes. So here's my review.
