Items came in a reasonable time from order to delivery!
Tracking was not in 'real time' - package had arrived, but had just been inspected by Customs in Ireland?!

I love otters. I wore it to lunch with friends and had so many of them remarking how lovely it was.

Order came in a timely manner. The sizing isn't real good, example, I ordered a small and it's like a med/large. It's big on me. I'm hoping after washing maybe it will shrink some.

Shipping took much much longer than expected.

In the USA when I order large it is a little loose the way I like it. This shirt I can swim in. It is more like an extra large. It is fine for wearing around the house, but I wouldn't wear it outdoors because of the size. Im sure if i wore it to places like family gatherings and my Lodge, people would ask where i got it. You may want to tell future customers to consider ordering one size smaller for themselves. Other that the size being an issue I love it.

I love the print of the dachshund however i thought I was getting a sweatshirt (heavy for colder temps) and what arrived was a lightweight pullover. It is so cute I will wear it under a sweater or over one. The smokey the bear pullover is perfect for my husband he loves it also

I was updated regularly about where my parcel was, arrived in great condition and in good solid packaging

Sizing is off. Fits on top but gets narrow at bottom.

The pullover runs small according to their measurements. I wish I’d ordered a medium
