Useless piece of trash

Ring is very intermittent. Sometimes it reads, sometimes it doesn't, other times it says to present again, so it knows of the attempt but won't process. Very frustrating. Reported this to support that take ages to respond and randomly close off tickets.

After months of back and forth and useless replies from the support mailbox that ask questions I've already answered I asked to raise a complaint.

They ignored this. I have now asked for a refund. I suspect they will ignore this too, so I'll have to claim through my credit card.

Edit: they have still not responded to me asking to open a complaint. They did agree to me returning the ring but unlawfully stated the postage is not refundable, when it definitely is their legal obligation to do so.

Normally I would just give my account of my experience and it could have just been one dodgy ring, but their complete lack of coordination and now brazenly following unlawful practices I would warn anyone from dealing with this company. (I cite consumer rights act).

Great ring, great service.

I recently had a problem with my Cnick ring that the stone on it popped out. I contacted customer service and in no time she got me a replacement ring. They replied back very quick.
Great service for a wonderful product.

I LOVE CNICK

I already have payment rings from two other companies, but CNICK stole my heart ❤ It's exactly what I was looking for. It looks fantastic on a small women's hand. The OPAL version shimmers beautifully in the light, attracting attention and surprise 😉 It is very comfortable, thin. Setup is hassle-free and the ring works flawlessly. Finally, you don't have to think about your payment card, phone, charger or worry about getting your device wet. CNICK's service level is at the highest level. The only thing that caused me a problem was the long delivery due to the fault of the ARAMEX carrier, which took 2 weeks. I highly recommend the ring and the CNICK company and I am waiting for the next colors 😉

Purchased on Amazon do usual good service from them. Delivered next day. The ring itself is much better than i expected. Really nice quality and thin so not bulky on the finger. Took no time at all to set up. I had already set up a curve account amd added my payment card. Activating the ring with Fidesmo took seconds. Have used the ring for lots of purchases at different retailers and always works first time. Just make a fist and tap your knuckle on reader, not the ring itself. No need to carry a wallet and bank cards anymore. Brilliant bit of kit.

My order has not arrived, when I asked online where it was I received a message saying I had already had it delivered. I have not! No phone number and the chat bot is useless

Update. I quickly heard back from the company. Apparently I have an incorrect order number and they are dealing with my order. Thank you for a fast response look forward to receiving my goods in due time
Update. Ring has arrived. It’s beautiful. Very happy. May be wise to make the point more obvious on the website about an 8 week wait for silver products to avoid disappointment. Happy now thank you

More convenient than my McClear

Had two rings from another provider, so moved onto this. Very impressed, good choice of ring styles, thin & always seems to work. Had a hiccup connecting it to the app, but took the ring off my finger and placed it against the phone. Even works through my motorbike gloves.

Works as promised

Works as promised. I never have to worry about my phone having enough charge nor if I have my card on me with the ring. I can wash my hands frequently with it on. It's a peace of mind for me.

My purchase was for a Tesla ring

My purchase was for a Tesla ring. The ring I originally received did not work properly and I contacted Cnick support. The support I received was prompt and efficient. The sent me a new ring and a pre-paid return label so I could return the faulty ring. The entire process was very smooth. My replacement ring works perfectly. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the warranty support I received. I highly recommend Cnick to anyone wanting a Tesla ring.

Keep well away from this ring

Keep well away from this ring, the bank accounts it says it works with is very limited in the UK.
Curve charge 2.5% on transactions.

I found Cnick Customer Service very helpful and accomodating.

I have been dealing with their representative, via numerous emails, named Nutsa.
The first ring I ordered and received was a wooden one but it cracked a few weeks after use.
Without question, Cnick replaced it free of charge with a more durable ceramic ring, as I requested, but alas it was manufactured to the wrong size.
They then replaced the second with a third ring but again it was made in the wrong size. (The same size as the second ring).
This time, I decided to change to a metal ring. I paid the difference in the costs of the rings and after confirming twice the size I required, This was manufactured and sent.
The fourth metal ring, now received, fits exactly and the quality is perfect. (Metal rings can be personalised with a four letter inscription inside the band, Free of Charge).
During the process, Cnick have never requested that any of the rings be returned before sending a new one. They have been very trusting that I will return them, once satisfied with my order.
I am now in the process of returning the old rings.
On the down side, the postage to return the old rings needs to be borne by myself but I can do this in one small package with minimal cost.
I have not experienced any problems with the contactless payment operation, with any of the rings.

Excellent customer service.

I've had their ring since 2022, and I’ve been really impressed with their customer service. Recently, the finish on my ring got damaged, and even though I didn’t ask for a replacement, they went ahead and sent me a new one anyway.

It is worth the money!

Beautiful ring and works flawlessly

Honestly I expected this ring to be quirky. It has been great. When one is used to carrying keys, a card is a pain. I don’t carry my phone in convenient places since my iPad is my work horse device. The ring is excellent…no more looking for card nor phone. Highly recommended. I want another one.

Overall quite unsatisfied experience

I even don’t ger a ring yet. Support lies in every message and finally started ignore me. There is no even a phone where to call.
UPDATED. The item was delivered after almost 2 months, they even don’t take responsibility of that. And it required tones if messages including open dispute in Revolut. Now I will need to change the size…
The item was changed, as this was their policy. Before buying item I was informed that in case will need to change I will need to pay, which is fine and acceptable. However after first item delivery, communication and support issues when I asked to change the item for free because of all inconveniences they informed that it’s not possible, offer a discount for another item (it’s enough sarcastic..).
However item works normally, have some issues but mostly working.
After all I would recommend choose another supplier, maybe will be more lucky :)

Very happy

Arrived securely packaged with additional ring size kit. Reasonable time for delivery. Ring itself looks great without any visible faults. Took only a few seconds to pair with car and now works well as key. Very pleased with it. Our bank does not allow use for paying, but this was not the purpose of buying the ring.

Hopeless

Ok .. an update of my experience… they went silent on me … Paypal refunded me .. don’t bother with this ring , it’s hopeless … I have a Nice decorative ring now for £40 and a refund for the rest … RF technology is hopeless like this company

The ring is hit and miss

The ring is hit and miss. The ring only works on about half the readers out there. Their support assured me it works 100% of the time, and haven't done anything to help or offer a refund. In fact, instead of helping further they seem to be trying to get this review removed, or at least keep challenging whether I'm even a customer despite me providing evidence to TrustPilot.

Ring works as promised but only with a few credit cards. One has to open a bank account on unknown banks.
Expensive Ring for what it does.

Takes way to long to receive the ring, almost a month.
