Beautiful shoes but careful on the size your choose
The shoes I purchased (size 11 women's) were as nice as pictured. The sizing was off, however - running about a size smaller than US sizing and they didn't have the next half-size up, hence the rating. I would not have been able to fit the suggested insert for arch support in this shoe because of the sizing. I suggest adding a size to whatever US size you wear.

Quality not as advertised - flimsy, no support. Have tried to contact company for a refund with no result. Have gotten e-mail with directions to contact customer service, which I did and included order number as instructed. Crickets since.
Definitely a scam company that does not stand behind its product or provide a refund. SCAM.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for $64.00 in the size I usually wear. When they came, they were way too small. I have been trying to return them but they keep offering me a small amount NOT to return them. It will cost at least $25.oo to return them. I am so sad that I am out this money. I’m very dissatisfied with the product and their customer support. I asked to return the Lucille shoes and never heard back from customer service. When I asked about an exchange, they offered to send another pair if I paid another $14.95. I don’t trust them.

This must be a scam. Not a phone number on the website! Any phone numbers google found are all disconnected. They do not return emails. I had to close the card I used for this purchase which was a total waste of my time. Do not buy from this site

I ordered two pairs of the Lucille shoes because they were offered two for the price of one with free shipping included. The shoes run small and did not begin to fit. I was told that for another $20 I could keep the shoes that did not fit and they would send me another pair of shoes the next size up. Another option was to keep the shoes and accept a 15% refund. The third option was to return the shoes to China and pay at least $25 in shipping costs plus customs costs, even though the shoes were shipped to me from Franklin Park, Illinois. I gave this company 1 star only because there was no lesser option. Don't waste your money on this scam.
