From start to finish this company earns 5 stars. The quote process was extremely easy and professionally done. I dealt with one person through the whole process, making it easier to change plans 10 times like we did. This was a Little League Bus Trip for 110 people to Fenway Park. EVERYTHING was top notch. The drivers were extremely friendly, and the bus was clean. They were very prompt as far as timing, and they made it a memorable experience for us. We will DEFINITELY be using them next year!!

Coach America saved our trip. I sponsored a Little League team for a trip to Angel Stadium using a different charter company to leave at noon on April 22, 2023. On April 21, 2023, at 7:25 pm the company cancelled the reservation saying we don't have a drive and will not provided a bus. I contacted Chris M. at Coach America. Chris went above and beyond to help me get a 56 passenger bus for a trip that departed in 15 hours. Chris was able to provide the drivers information within an hour. Chris was able to get this trip set with less than 15 hours notice for a need. The driver Tanny was very professional and an excellent driver. Tanny was on time and the trip was flawless after going with Coach America. Chris and Tanny were able to make memories for the little league team to see a professional game. I highly recommend Coach America and especially Chris and Tanny for any transportation needs. I can't thank Coach America, Chris and Tanny enough for all they did to make this trip a success.

Amazing experience! We went as a school club to the Cherry Blossom Festival in D.C. and secured the bus a few weeks before the event. Dominick Ricigliano was our sales contact and was very kind and helpful regarding the questions we had! Also he was great with returning emails and communicating. Coach America was also pretty flexible if I had to change something in the itinerary and when the payment was due (since we had to take time to collect it from our members). Our bus driver Jamal was very funny and a great driver! Because of Jamal we were able to have a great time and a safe ride there and back!!

Coach America is an amazing bus company. They picked up our law firm from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn to Barclays Center and back. They came on time, they were professional and the firm could not be any happier!

Working with Leon from the beginning was great. He was great communicating and was quick to return my calls. We had to reschedule and he was very accommodating and understanding. The driver was a very nice man and kept us on the schedule that we requested. I would recommend using this company.

Highly recommend coach America! We are a school and selectively use them for all of our trips and program needs for bussing. Dylan is a phenomenal point person. I love working with him and he always works with us even on short timelines.

I have been using Coach America for the last few years booking buses for The Department of Education's student trips. They are very reliable and punctual. Their Sales Executive Dominick Ricigliano is always very helpful and pleasant to speak to. I have even used Coach America for personal transportation for my family and I to travel when we are large groups. Great experience!

I had no prior experience with Coach America. I called them for several quotes from various cities and their prices were very competitive. That was the start. Every call I made was answered quickly, every question was answered promptly and the bus schedule was adhered to and executed flawlessly. I would highly recommend Coach America!

We had a very good experience with Coach America. Our retirees group used their services for a trip to Disney for a dinner and view the fireworks. Our driver was on time for both pickup and drop off.

Responsible, Reliable, great communication, and quick response to request.

We hired Coach America for my son's wedding this past Sunday and we couldn't have been happier! The bus was gleaming and super clean and our driver, Wing, was professional and skilled. He was early for our pick up which made us feel at ease. We had music synced from our phones and everyone had a fun time on the trips between the hotel and the venue. I want to thank the staff at Coach America: Sal Ciaravino, Paige Adams and in particular, our awesome account executive there, Leon Goldberg!
