Great, conscientious drivers who have served us very well during the course of our 21 tours this year.

Driver was on time and provided excellent service. Would reserve a bus with Coach Canada again--no question.

Wrong size bus was sent to pick our group up on one occasion. Bus was an hour late picking us up on another occasion. On another trip we were charged a late fee after the inconvenience of the service we received previously. Rather poor customer service and shows a lack of concern for the inconvenience of groups.

As a highschool I have been dealing with CoachCanada for over 10 years now. I find them very quick to reply to my requests and provide a quote. We have had nothing but friendly and skilled drivers.

This trip booking had some frustrating confusion with the office in regard to losing an item I mailed, cost of extra hour which I had to ask reimbursement for, and not the level of service I had experienced with previous bookings. However in the end all worked out well. Steve, our driver did a superb job.

We’ve used Coach Canada for our sports team travel needs for the last 2 years. From the booking to the driver, we are always quite happy. Booking is easy and pain free and the drivers are always professional & accommodating.

We use Coach Canada for travel to Niagara for a Company Team Event. The Coach was very clean and comfortable. Our employees appreciated that Wi-Fi could be purchased for the coach. The driver was very friendly and accommodating.

Truly a great company for our trip, timekeeping excellent, customer service excellent comfort excellent! Great company to work with and all around service!

Maliza was great to work with, very patient and courteous. Our driver Bill was great with everyone! He attended the girls games and they were thrilled by that! The entertainment system was not working and Bill tried to get it up and functioning and spent a lot of time with this. Unfortunately it never worked but we made the best of it! We have done a couple of team bus trips previous to this and would definitely use the company again!

Sometimes my group bookings could be small under 45. Booking a smaller bus would be an alternative. It is my understanding that Coach Canada does not have smaller buses.

Never an issue with our drivers. Always courteous and always on time. The buses themselves have been the problem. One year the door would not close properly and the only way to get home was to have it slightly ajar. It was cold so the heat had to be cranked up high for the front half of the bus while the back half of the bus sweltered. Another year, we paid for the bus with internet and use of outlets and only one side of the bus of the bus was working. Despite these issues, we will still book with Coach! They acknowledged their mistakes and took ownership...
